This used to be one of my go-to spots for pizza, but the quality and consistency have drastically declined. I recently had guests over and chose to order from this location—opting for what was once a reliable option over some of the newer (and pricier) places in town. I deeply regret that decision. The pizza was shockingly poor. The sauce barely covered the surface, the pepperoni was unevenly scattered (with entire sections missing), it was cooked inconsistently, and despite requesting it be well-done, it clearly wasn’t. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could serve a pizza that looked and tasted like this. It was unappetizing and embarrassing to serve. We also ordered wings, which were noticeably smaller than they used to be and lacked flavor or appeal. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning. Quality like this—especially when serving guests—is simply unacceptable.

Sometimes the pizzas are made great (daytime), and not very good when I ordered on a friday night. I asked for well done with extra sauce, neither of which happened. Also, all my pepperoni toppings where bunched up and not spread out. My pepperoni magnifico pizza looked nothing like as advertised in the app.

I used to work there, and some lady claimed that I said some names to which I deny I would never say anything to anybody, but the ownership believed them and didn’t even ask me to get my side of it. They just made a decision after eight years of working for Marco’s never had a complaint and they didn’t even give me the benefit of the doubt, very upsetting again. They didn’t even get my side of things. The lady blatantly lied and they fired me not cool.
Very Poor service!!! Order time is was said to be 30 min, took over an hour, staff has to return to work with very little lunch and they didn’t deliver the pop that was ordered. It’s across the street they went everywhere but here for over an hour. We will be using another pizza facility for any large parties or staff orders.

We order from this Marco’s often and have only had a great experience! My most recent order I picked up at the window and the customer service was great! Pizza was super fresh & they never forget the double sauce when we order :) Highly recommend!
