This is my go to place for a quick and cheap lunch when I am in the Bay. The team is friendly and the food always comes out fast and delicious. My kids love that the Pizza Hut supports their school too!

The man behind the counter yelled at my daughter when she asked for our order and he claimed he did not have it. She attempted to show him the confirmation text, email and charge to my account to which he continued to yell at her and say it wasn’t on the screen. By the time I arrived and called him out on his attitude suddenly my order was there. This man is clearly not cut out for customer service and should look for a job elsewhere. This is a poor representation of your company

They subbed out the delivery to a service (like door dash or something) and we were never notified of the delivery. Our food sat on the front steps for over an hour and was covered with ants by the time we found it. Had to make 3 calls and argue with the store to get it right.

I can't give a rating on food IT NEVER SHOWED UP, I placed an order this evening at 7:30pm at 8:15 I called to check on because I was told it would be delivered by 7:59pm, the guy answered and said "sorry were really busy it'll be a minute they had to use doordash to deliver" I'm like cool by 8:50pm I still didn't have an order and when I called I got the manager and the guy was horrible, he barely spoke English so the language barrier was bad enough but then he started screaming at me to be greatful the pizza was finally on its way, I asked to speak to someone else and he said I have an actual customer and then hung up on me. I called back and told him I wanted an eta or to cancel my order, he said "fine, it's canceled I told the driver to bring it back" and I asked for my refund and he said "you'll get it tomorrow, I told him I wanted my money back now and he said " you'll get it when you get it and then told me to be quiet when I demanded a refund for a product he couldn't deliver. Will never spend a dime on pizza hut ever again, I ordered domino's instead and got hot fresh pizza in 20 mins from a very pleasant driver who even got a tip.

Was on the phone for an hour and 7 minutes after placing my order and giving my card info and then was directed to 4 different people asking for my order!I asked to speak with a manager and they said we are in a call center that they would have to transfer me to the store to speak with them! Totally unacceptable
