They get thru long lines so fast and they are all super nice .! Always have such a great experience and get the best coffee.

I've went twice so far, it's my new favorite coffee place besides Kairos. 7Brew costs half of what they do. Service is quick and easy, everyone seems friendly. The drinks are incredible AND they have a points system. Very well done. 👏🏼

I love 7 brew. The coffee is amazing, fast and the people are normal friendly. Tonight on 10/24/25 I sat in line for 20 mins before getting my order taken. The 2 cars in front of me were here before I even got here and there were three other cars in the other lane. When my order was taken, I received zero apologies or acknowledgement that I had been waiting for almost 21 minutes at that point. The lady who took my order didnt listen to my order and put in a banana bread that I didnt even order or want. After being in line and waiting for a total of 29 minutes, they finally came back out with my drink claiming she had put it through for a walk up...no seven brew I've seen in Ohio or Kentucky has a walk up window. Poor excuses and it will be a long while before I visit this particular location again.

Only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because you really don't get your money worth. This is the 3rd time I got my coffee only half filled in a large cup.

There’s a real consistency issue here, we can get the same drink as the visit before and it tastes completely different-it’s such a hit or miss.
