I love 7 brew. The coffee is amazing, fast and the people are normal friendly. Tonight on 10/24/25 I sat in line for 20 mins before getting my order taken. The 2 cars in front of me were here before I even got here and there were three other cars in the other lane. When my order was taken, I received zero apologies or acknowledgement that I had been waiting for almost 21 minutes at that point. The lady who took my order didnt listen to my order and put in a banana bread that I didnt even order or want. After being in line and waiting for a total of 29 minutes, they finally came back out with my drink claiming she had put it through for a walk up...no seven brew I've seen in Ohio or Kentucky has a walk up window. Poor excuses and it will be a long while before I visit this particular location again.

They gave me the wrong order I ordered what I got last time which was a Chai Iced, Large, Whole Milk, No Ice, Cold Foam, Chocolate Drizzle ts taste like coffee and the forgot the literally everything
