I came in to get my birthday pretzel, and Melissa was nothing short of amazing. She was sweet, polite, and quick to get me in and out.

They stopped making pretzels an hour before the closed while one girl swept and mopped and the other two just sat around. Very disappointing was really looking forward to getting a pretzel as were many other customers.

Employees too busy chit chatting to take my order. When they finally do take my order they’re still talking and not paying attention. I asked for a regular pretzel nugget I got a regular pretzel. Worst customer service and food is barely passable.

What a disgusting feeling after this morning at Auntie Anne's. While the food is always delicious, the workers just suck. This morning the cashier didn't even greet us, kept talking to other coworkers because that is obviously more important than a customer. Once I asked my question she didn't even respond... at least she could say "okay let me check for you" but no, she kept having her casual convo. I placed my order on the app and when I showed to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready, they didn't even know about this order. Gave me excuse that they're busy all morning, but there was no customers when I came up even. It's a Monday morning, it is not that busy. Just horrible. I couldn't wait for another 15-20 minutes, so I just got a refund which is going to take 5-7 days as usual but it just adds to the frustration.

Pretzels are always fresh and tasty! The staff are friendly and helpful when I have a question. My pretzel isn’t complete without a frozen strawberry lemonade! Soooo good!

Way Over priced!! The sign states " Pretzel Bundles come with a dip and medium lemonade" so I go back up to get my sauce and they tell me I have to pay for the sauce ?. I mean for over 8.00 and you want me to pay a 1.00 for a sauce!! I won't be a repeat customer to any of their locations

My wife got food poisoning from this store. After eating all the same foods as her the day she got sick, we deduced the only different thing she consumed was Auntie Anne's cheese sauce where I had the honey mustard. Later we split an expensive dinner at another restaurant and she got sick, throwing it all up on the way home. I did not get sick. It's been four miserable days for her since then.I think we're not coming back to any Auntie Anne's ever again.
