Walked in to get a few things. Pretzel bites not made nor were any out in the case. No option to purchase a coke (bottle or fountain), asked for cheese dip - said they dont have any. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Pretzels are always a gamble for me since I like a very particular flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised with these ones. They were exactly what I hoped for! The cashier was friendly and patient with me (a skittish sort with a tendency to stutter when I've had too much coffee) thank you Sandeep!

Extremely poor customer service! Hours posted as 11a to 9p however I showed up 40 minutes prior to closing and they refused to make the pretzels I wanted. Never ever seem to have any made and ready to serve. Worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to!

I love the Mini pretzel dogs here and this new staff is really nice I think the new ownership is way more better than the previous one.

This use to be the best Auntie Anne’s and always had the freshest, best product. For whatever reason, the last two times I’ve had it in the past few months has been terrible. Pretzels taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. So dry and stale. For how much they charge, it is disgraceful to serve such a diminished product.
