1st time here, bunch of clueless teenagers running the store with no idea how to make a milkshake. They then tell me they can do cones but the ice cream isn't frozen enough and to wait for that. After they fiddled with the machine for 5 minutes, I was unable to get anything. Very strange and bad first experience and will never be back.

Good pretzel ? and new fruit juice but if I'm paying $9 I expect my drink to have more juice than ice especially if I asked for light ice and you repeat it to me for confirmation lil miss lady your cute but that'll give someone an attitude adjustment

Dionte & ian provided spectacular customer for me. I was super appreciative of their menu suggestions and help picking out my lunch. I decided on the pretzel pizza nuggets and pretzel dog with and additional 2 sides of nacho cheese for Dippin purposes. So good so fresh! Thanks guys

Was amazing. I got the pretzel dog and pretzel bites. It was a bit salty but I love that about it. The cheese was heavenly just like in the name. Wonderful.

Auntie Anne never disappoints. We arrived when the store opened. The fresh pretzel smell had our mouth watering. We did not purchase our favorite pretzel (Almond) because they did not have any ready yet. We enjoyed the regular pretzel bites with cheese instead. Oh my the pretzel bites were so delicious. We will be back for more.

The pretzels, and the service at this particular location are off the hook. I had a young lady help me who had a bad a** shark tattoo on her right arm. She was very personable and knowledgeable. It would appear you will get five star service here all day long. Thanks again ladies.

While the food was good, the service was horrible. I ordered pretzels without salt and some ice cream. I was there with my daughter and grandchildren. We stood there waiting while many customers after us were being served. After about 10 minutes, I asked if we were going to get our order. The guy at the register then told us pretzels without salt is a special order. He then was giving our order to someone who just came in and I had to tell him it was our order. All three of those working were rude and acted like we were bothering them.. I doubt I'll ever go back there. Communication was horrible

This location is at the Greene which is an outdoor shopping center.I walked in to get a quick snack. The service was very quick and friendly. Not sure who was the cashier but he was great!This was my first visit at this location and it was one of th beat Auntie Anne's stops I've ever had. Quick and efficient and the pretzel was warm and ready! I'll be back :)
