BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

A little disappointed that we ordered the weekend special of pork chops and Friday at 715, they are already out. Ended up ordering the prime rib that had way too much fat on. Definitely not worth the $35. Enjoyed the waitress, she was very friendly.

My wife ordered a strawberry fields salad with no dressing, substitute cheddar jack cheese for the bleu cheese that normally comes on it. It came with what appeared to be ranch dressing on it. It took 5+ minutes to get the server's attention, and his response was “the kitchen told him it had no dressing” (as though that would miraculously make it better). Eventually, the manager placed another salad on the table, said “here you go” and walked off without bothering to ask if the second try was the salad she ordered. It was not (it had bleu cheese, which my wife proceeded to pick out of the salad rather than wait for a third attempt to get what she ordered). This is the third time we have been to the Beavercreek BJ's this year, and the service is consistently awful. On our previous visit, the server literally forgot we were her table after she delivered our food. The food is good (consistent with the BJ's at Austin Landing and in Winston-Salem NC, both of which we have patronized in the last two months), but the lousy service makes the meal unenjoyable. We are unlikely to return.

Our food and our waitress, Shannon, were amazing. Sorry that our son had an unfortunate accident. Thank you guys again.

Went for the first time with my boys to try the pizookies. Kylie was our server and did a great job at explaining the options. She recommended we try the trio so we could try multiple flavors. They were all great and we'll be coming back!

Sara is still the best server in the restraunt. I love coming here just to see her!

Maggie was absolutely amazing !!! She took her time and made sure our order was right and had absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! 10/10 My husband and I will be definitely coming back again because of her!

Brisket burger was delicious and our server Maggie’s service and demeanor was very pleasant and welcoming. Will surely ask for her the next time we come in

Food quality was poor. pizza had no cheese on it or sauce. It was just pepperoni dried out. Steak was very chewy. Drink was a starry and cranberry had no ice in it. Watched people get up and leave because no one served them. Restrooms could use a good cleaning. Waitress was grumpy until she heard us make fun of her. Our bill was over $300. We will probably never go back again. This is the second time we've had poor service from there in a few months.

The restaurant was very crowded as a concert was playing down the road. We were supposed to be seated at 5:15. We arrived at 5:00 but was not seated until 5:30. Ended up 20 minutes late for the concert. Food was good per usual.

Restaurant said Open Table over booked our reservation time and we had to wait an hour to be seated even though we had reservations. Not happy.

Donald the one manager & Shannon are server were excellent excellent, couldn't ask for better! One manager while waiting to be seated was a bit of a challenge & was the only real issue I've ever had with a BJs. Donald & Shannon more than made up for it

We went for happy hour and enjoyed craft beer, chips and dip and Mediterranean bowl. The mini chocolate chip pizooki rounded out a perfect meal. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. BJ's is my favorite restaurant.
