I had booked a table several days in advance for 6 PM but when we arrived, the host told us that people were still sitting at our reserved table and it would probably be another 25 minutes. After we were finally seated, we ordered drinks and an appetizer, and we were halfway through the appetizer before we ever received the drinks, which was literally only water. The service was so slow and we were there for over two hours. The food was good, but the service and wait times to get our food took forever.
Maggie had such good service and she nice to me!

It was my 1st time. I celebrated my birthday and the food was delicious! Great service! They also have multiple TVs to watch and a variety of drinks to choose from. I definitely recommend! ❤️❤️🥰🥰
It was a very nice dining experience even with 3 large groups they were taking care of. The waitress was spot on, professional, nice, highly organized and provided excellent service. The food was very good and plentiful. The menu was extensive and no reason anyone wouldn't be able to find something they liked.
Dined with my family celebrating my sisters birthday. we had a little wait for our table even with a reservation. slightly long wait for food however it was dinner rush around the time we ordered so no worries. my sister had hair in her food which kind of turned the rest of us off from finishing ours. the manager did comp the meal which we appreciated. service was decent.
Our service at BJs was just ok. My husbands serloin meal was terrible. The steak was very tough and the baked potato was over done and very dry. I urged my husband to send it back, but he would not do it! This restaurant is extremely noisy. Rita Wozniak

We have dined at BJ's in TX and OK and the food is consistently very good no matter which location you dine at. This visit was no exception. The clam chowder with a generous amount of clams was amazing. The mozzarello cheese sticks were delicious as were the boneless chicken tenders with BJ's handcrafted root beer glaze and Tatonka hot sauce. The mini deep dish pizzas were very tasty and excellent. The Fish & Chips were fried perfectly (crispy batter) but I thought they were a tad too oily for my taste. Our server Megan provided stellar service throughout our meal.
Everything was excellent tasting . Table and reservation on time. The portions were a decent size. The double bone porkchop was excellent. There was a weekend special price for it but we got charged more, didn't look til we left. The jambalaya was amazing and the garlic shrimp appetizer was as well. Empty dishes sat longer than preferred. Overall service was great, we left a great tip.Way too expensive of a birthday dinner out $301.42.4 dinners, an appetizer and 2 drinks each.Would recommend but be prepared to pay a car payment for a night out.
A little disappointed that we ordered the weekend special of pork chops and Friday at 715, they are already out. Ended up ordering the prime rib that had way too much fat on. Definitely not worth the $35. Enjoyed the waitress, she was very friendly.
My wife ordered a strawberry fields salad with no dressing, substitute cheddar jack cheese for the bleu cheese that normally comes on it. It came with what appeared to be ranch dressing on it. It took 5+ minutes to get the server's attention, and his response was “the kitchen told him it had no dressing” (as though that would miraculously make it better). Eventually, the manager placed another salad on the table, said “here you go” and walked off without bothering to ask if the second try was the salad she ordered. It was not (it had bleu cheese, which my wife proceeded to pick out of the salad rather than wait for a third attempt to get what she ordered). This is the third time we have been to the Beavercreek BJ's this year, and the service is consistently awful. On our previous visit, the server literally forgot we were her table after she delivered our food. The food is good (consistent with the BJ's at Austin Landing and in Winston-Salem NC, both of which we have patronized in the last two months), but the lousy service makes the meal unenjoyable. We are unlikely to return.
Our food and our waitress, Shannon, were amazing. Sorry that our son had an unfortunate accident. Thank you guys again.
