Very cool experience. Food was really good. I wish we had one closer to Cincinnati but I will be recommending to friends/family.
Order was messed up twice, food was also still cold. or extremely luke warm. service was sub par. Management gave us a free appetizer card for our troubles but I will not be coming back.
Great food and the service is excellent ! We enjoyed sitting at the bar, wasn't too busy and the bartender was great ! We shared a 6oz sirloin 4oz filet combo with loaded potato and strawberry fields salad and added jumbo shrimp and had the trio soup combo , the French onion and lobster bisque are some of the best I've had !
underwhelming. overly salty French onion soup, Overcooked salmon and unimpressive pasta. Slow service. Meh...
I had an AMAZING experience at Black Rock! Our server - I truly wish I remembered her name - was OUTSTANDING! There was never a lull in service. She was attentive and anticipated our needs before we even knew them. The restaurant was definitely busy but you would never know it. I really enjoyed cooking my own steak and using the seasonings provided. I rarely give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but this experience was truly one of a kind.
The Hostess seemed annoyed when we walked in. There were two of them and neither made eye contact. Cooking the food on the hot rock is a neat concept however I would recommend not wearing good clothing. We made this mistake and the butter on the hot rock created a slash ruining a dress shirt.
the service bad and manager so rude
Always a great experience, food and service is consistently A++!

Food is decent. Service, frankly, was poor. Arrived around 2 on a Thursday and it was not busy. Waitress disappeared quite often, and after I did a quick head count, there seemed to be enough runners/servers for the FOH. Drinks were wrong. Sent them back. New drinks 22 mins later. Apps came out. No plates. Apps were coldish... like they were half under the heat lamp. Steaks were great (BOH) cooked them.

Went here for a friend's birthday, immediately the concept of cooking your own meat was... dumb. If I wanted the anxiety of cooking my own meat I would do it at home. So I didn't get any steak. I got the chicken Alfredo penned dish, said the chicken was grilled, sounded good. It wasn't. Bland noodles and dry chicken. No grilled flavor. I would have gone hungry if someone else hadn't ordered fries ( very good) and cheese wedges (very good). So a meh dinner. But good server. Won't come again.

Came here for a date night and it was my first time. We were seated fairly quickly and had great service at the bar while we waited and once we sat down for dinner. We ordered the lobster dip as a starter, especially because it didn’t have any pork or red meat… So we thought… Also asked the waitress for clarification. The dip in fact had pieces of pork/bacon when I mentioned that as a food restriction.. i even mentioned it to the waitress who went back to the kitchen to tell me there wasn’t bacon when we’d picked the pieces out. Since she offered no other option I just gave it to my boyfriend to eat. We also ordered the Dynamite Chicken and a steak. He enjoys this restaurant a lot . My chicken was great and he enjoyed his steak and sides

Everything leads to a great experience. The cooking of Tuna on the rock was an eye opener, as I never thought about how to cook tuna.
Will be back to visit soon
