I've visited this location several times before, and always been satisfied with Food, Service, and Atmosphere, but earlier this evening I visited for the first time in weeks, and was for the first time not satisfied.

The reason I wasn't satisfied, was because on entering the restaurant, I immediately smelled body odor.

I wasn't sure where it was coming from, but it didn't take long to trace the owner, as a young, long haired gentleman employee approached me, and escorted me to my seat.

The young man was polite, respectful, and friendly, but he absolutely stank.

It was very off-putting, and kind of ruined my meal.

I mean it is what it is - it's BO, and it's really very intrusive...disgusting.

I don't however blame the young man for not bathing, but I do blame the Manager who allowed the employee to serve the public, stinking as he so obviously did.

To me that is very poor Management, as it's ignorant, rude, and disrespectful to customers.

If I were the Manager, I would've asked the employee to go home, bathe, change clothes, and return just as soon as possible - instead of completely ignoring the situation.

I actually know the District Manager well enough to speak to him about this, but I'm not going to.

However, I'm also not going to return to this location anytime soon, for fear of having another meal ruined.

I just hope in time this matter will be addressed by the so-called Manager of that location, and not simply ignored.

Maybe sometime in the New Year, I'll return, but for now I'll have to drive out of my way to another location - if I want to go down on the farm.

Food was good but just not what it used to be. Our waitress was very friendly and on point with service.

Came here on Veterans Day and was disappointed we heard everyone who was seated after us asked if they are a veteran except we weren’t asked. Not sure if because we weren’t wearing a Vietnam hat and are under the age of 75.. We forgot who our waitress was because she never came back after giving the food and check immediately and we waited a very long time to ask for a box and then let them know my husband is a veteran. The check still didn’t look right and it had to be corrected a second time for the veteran special.. disappointed with the service.

Service and food was good but manager Bob was the weirdest and most unsettling person I’ve ever seen interact with the younger girls around. He was strange towards the servers and seemed demeaning

We have always been bob Evans Fans, this was first time at this location, but had very bad smell, and then the vents in the ceiling looked as if they where moldy. It was super unappealing, I honestly didn't even want to eat, but we had already ordered our food, before we had noticed! They should definitely fix the smelly problem and install new vents

Service was good. Asked for crisp bacon it was not crisp it was limp. Hashbrowns were not crisp as they usually are they were greasier than they usually are also. Hamburger from kids meal was crispy ? Toast was brought and was cold by time my other food came. This bobs is hit or miss on food. Usually asked at register how food was I wasn’t asked today and had young kids with me so didn’t take time to share at the restaurant.

In all fairness, I called in an order to pick up about 30min before they closed. I ordered a wildfire chicken salad. It had lots and lots of corn. (Maybe all the leftover.) It had no tomato, about 1/2 of a piece of chicken, torn, not cut up with any sort of cutting device. It was made very wrong, but I did call in giving them not much time to prepare it. It honestly made me laugh. I ate it anyway.
