Several customers were seated after us and we Ordered hotcakes and bacon. After an hour Asked the waitress to see the manager who did not come to our table so I went to see him. Took an hour for food to arrive to our table while others were served, ate their food, and left. Waitress and manager gave excuses which is unacceptable. We left without eating due to such poor treatment. I’m a very patient person but I Won’t go there again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is actually ridiculous. We told the host 5 and he set us up for 4 so he had to run around to clean off another table. While we were waiting a worker came out cry due to staff. Once we sat down a staff member came out saying she’s too busy to serve on her tables and started screaming at staff saying “I’m done with y’all”. This place is very unorganized and not in a team effort kinda mood. There were only two people who knew what they were doing. A young lady named Ronnie and a blonde girl with a low bun and I think a tattoo on their arm.

You guys are just pouring pancake syrup on the bacon and calling that "blue ribbon bacon" if I wanted pancake syrup on my bacon I'd order the cheaper regular bacon and do it myself. This has happened a few times. It sucks because the original blue ribbon bacon is delicious. I'm not a huge fan of the maple syrup. What gives. I remember when it was literally candied bacon.

My family and I have been eating in and taking out food from this Bob's for decades. Although, like all restaurants, this store changed after the pandemic, we still enjoy what they offer. Food size and pricing has degraded slightly, but the service, servers, and clean setting are still worth it.

Ordered two meals from here through door dash. I paid $16 for the everything breakfast including 3 scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and a biscuit. Got maybe 2 scrambled eggs and some sausage crumble on top, no hashbrowns, no biscuit. Also ordered a meal that included 3 hot cakes, 2 eggs, chicken sausage and hashbrowns, and only received the hot cakes. The lack of care they had to make sure everything was sent out was insane. I spent 30 dollars on 3 pancakes, and a couple scrambled eggs. Horrible staff work.

Ate here on a Saturday morning, October 26th worst experience ever. I have never seen old lady servers arguing with their management team in the middle of breakfast rush before. Apparently it’s the normal, you can hear all their talk from tables away. They’re too busy arguing and talking gossip about one another or just outside smoking to refill your drinks or ask if everything is okay. You need to ask one of the hostess for boxes, refills, or your check, we should give them our tip next time. I watched our food die in the window while our server Susan came back from outside, ( had to ask where she was, was told she was outside ) not wash her hands and finally bring it to us. Disgusting. Touched her face multiple times, texting on her phone multiple times, no hand washing, hanging towels that she uses to clean tables with on the divider!! What!! Isn’t there a procedure for that?? Hello health department!!! No wonder Covid is going around again!! If you want breakfast and a show make sure to go on the weekends!! You won’t get service but you will get a show!!

We have eaten at this location approximately 7/8 times now in the last 2 months. We were hoping it would be our new breakfast spot since it’s so close. We always do take out. Every single time we have ordered and picked up, they have forgotten food. Every. Single. Time. They are quite friendly and polite, but the service as far as orders; is terrible. If we were to add up everything they have forgotten they would owe us appx $80 in food. At least. Also, the portions they give you with take out are nowhere near the same as if you dine in. MUCH less, yet you pay the same amount. We have given many tries, but unfortunately, this will just have to be chalked up as one of them restaurants and find somewhere else.
