Skeptical due to poor reviews. But food was not bad and our server was fantastic! There were definately some staff that looked really unmotivated though. Took 10mins to get us a table eventhough there clearly were empty tables.

The food, service and everything was good… just took little longer time for food prep.

They always get your order wrong. Then instead of informing you that they’re out of something they try to replace it with something else so you don’t notice instead of refunding the item.

Can I give less than 1 star? Waitress told us they CLOSE at 9. (We walked in at 830.) She said she'd been here for 6 days and wants to go home. She has a family too. No greeting, nothing nice to say. We should have known. When I walked in with my daughter, a gentleman asked how many. I said 4. She covered her face and said FOUR? NOW? Then she dashed into the kitchen. The gentleman was nice and took us to a table. Waitress hasn't given her name. She's lucky she's not working for me. I'd have fired her on the spot.

Don't do it. Not good! At almost 30 for breakfast for two it should be way better. It's not good the hash browns we re terrible and the sausage was even worse. Years ago it was decent now it trash

Food quality at all Bob Evan’s is just horrendous. The biscuits and gravy were so salty. The gravy was gelatinous and the brown color was so artificial. Don’t even get me started on the difficulty on ordering and getting the food.

I was abit afraid to visit this restaurant because the reviews were poor. However, we had a GREAT experience. Marie was an amazing server. She memorized all 5 orders for our table. The meals came quickly and our beverages were quickly refilled without asking. Well definitely come again. Prices were great!

Everything was good. I miss the Cobb salad.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, wheeled right up to the table. Doors are a little "heavy".

When we visit Ohio, we usually visit Bob Evans. We love their breakfasts and I love their sausage links. We came on very busy late Sunday morning visit for our family of eleven. They also had a huge party of 30 ahead of us. Even with the large groups, they handled the high influx of customers very well. We did not have to wait very long for our table and order. Excellent waitress, breakfasts and overall service.
