Solid comfort food with generous portions and friendly service. The menu is classic and reliable, but the decor and ambiance feel a bit dated. Still a good pick for a hearty, no-frills meal.
It's Easter Sunday and I placed an online order. I picked it up and got home only to find out the biscuits were missing to go with the sausage gravy. I had guests coming in 30 minutes. I called them up and explained and I don't know if it was the manager or who, but she asked for my address and delivered them 20 minutes later. Now that is service! Thank you Bob Evans! Keep up the good work! Happy Easter!
Skeptical due to poor reviews. But food was not bad and our server was fantastic! There were definately some staff that looked really unmotivated though. Took 10mins to get us a table eventhough there clearly were empty tables.
