Great clean restaurant with friendly staff. Prices are kinda high for smaller amounts of food but it’s good for special occasions

Great looking place. Okay food overall. Disappointed Shrimp Fra diavolo which only come with couple of frozen tiny frozen shrimp & some pasta.

Great place to eat! Lovely restaurant, great food. My only complaint is depending on the staff, is whether it'll be good. Some staff are very professional and fun, but others aren't. I can tell the difference when I'm eating, and if there's loud childlike chatter in the back, its usually ok staff. But not to take me as picky, I just have noticed it a few times.

Service can be slow. Portions seem to have gotten smaller. Food is good.

This was our first visit. Not impressed at all. We got there around 6:00 pm, the place was empty just a few tables. I ordered the lobster bisque was salty and it took forever the waiter to bring it, my husband had to ask for it and our food was served for a while on the counter he never brought it or the soup when he finally did he brought it all together. My husband plate ( The rigatoni) no flavor at it had a weird taste my husband returned it never ordered anything else. The spaghetti pomodoro had no flavor at all waiter said it was his favorite. Not good. I really expected decent Italian food. BTW, waiter was very nice and accommodating but not very experienced.

The positives are that the meals are reasonably priced. I've been to several Bravos and Brios over the years. Food is adequate. Not spectacular. Vibe is more open cafeteria but that may be what they are shooting for. On this visit it was a first date. Our waiter was great. Didn't pressure us to order food right away. We sat and enjoyed some wine for awhile. This location is connects to the mall. Overall a positive experience. I would come here again if in the area and wanting Italian.

My parents and my daughter took me to Bravo for valentines day. We arrived around noon and there were barely any people there. That should have been a clear sign. We were seated immediately and the hostess was very nice and helpful. That's where the good stops. Our server (Grace) was friendly, however, after taking our order... she was nowhere to be seen for 15 minutes at a time. We looked around the almost empty restaurant and could not see her. When she finally returned (without my mom's wine), she asked if there's anything we needed. We asked for water and more bread. She never brought either back to us. I think the manager saw us looking around and helped us out. Again, where's Grace? After waiting for what seemed like an hour, we got our food. My dad didn't even take a bite out of his burned to a crisp salmon or the burned to black (dried out...looked old like it had sat in the window for 20 minutes) asparagus. Sent it back. My daughter's primavera alfredo was bland and also looked old. My chicken parm was greasy and had burned pasta. It tasted like battery acid and metallic. My mom said her lasagna was ok, but the lobster bisque tasted old and extremely fishy. We never got asked if we wanted any grated Parmesan. We barely ever saw our server (mind you they were nowhere NEAR busy). For the price they are charging, this food should taste epic and be cooked by someone who knows what they are doing. They had at least 5 cooks on a slow lunch. This is highly unprofessional, unacceptable, and we will never return. As someone who has worked in the restaurant business over 10 years, the lack of service and cooking quality here is down right sad. I wish I would have taken a picture of my dad's salmon. That, alone, would've been embarrassing. I would've given them 1 star, but to be fair, the hostess was on point.

I love this Italian restaurant. It's a great place to get some very good food. One of the best in the area. I love Mama's lasagna!

BRAVO is a good standby with solid food. I had the chicken parmesan, which was OK if that's what you're in the mood for. My wife had the spaghetti bolognese and thought is was probably 4 out of 5. Caesar salad was done very well and chopped salad was good. Starter bread was good but the oil for dipping lacked flavor and probably not prepared the way the executive chef intended. Lemonade was homemade and perfectly balanced. Definitely recommend it. Bottom line is go if it is convenient and you are in the mood for Italian. Otherwise explore other options.

The service and entrees were very good. The building was clean. The bread and soup were just ok. The prices were a little high but overall really a nice place.

I think I would have given 4 stars if we had a different server. We couldn't believe the lack of service from Lexy. It was terrible. We should have just left. She gave us very little attention. We had to ask another server for bread, order drinks from the bar. It's was not busy so not sure where she disappeared to. The food was okay, but taste like it may have set too long before she brought it to the table. If you get this server beware. I hope she reads this review and treat all customers with better service.
