The first time we came for lunch, our mashed potatoes were cold and it took half an hour to get a bar drink.

The second time we came back, the server kept forgetting things like drink refills, straws, utensils, etc.

You'd expect more from a restaurant like this. The service is absolutely terrible. We didn't even wait to eat our food. Packed it up the moment we got it and left. What a waste of time and money.

Sat us right beside the only other table inside. We have 2 small kids so was hoping for more space (to shield others from kid sounds haha) but not a big deal. 15 minutes later the sweatiest (I am sorry for her but her shirt had salt from the sweat of previous shifts) server came out to greet us. It took another 15 minutes for me to flag the host and beg for the kids’ drinks and water. The manager came right over at that point and comped our drinks ($30 value) which showed up shortly afterwards (and were good). The Carpaccio was beautiful and amazing. The salmon was delicious. Unfortunately it took 3 asks get our kids’ milk to come out and our server did not understand simple questions or the menu. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times. She spent a ton of time in the bathroom and idk if she had other tables. I ordered plain spaghetti to go with my Picatta (not picatta but something similar) and the server fully acknowledged it even though she didn’t understand the purpose and then it did not come out with the meal. We did not see our server until every plate and glass was empty. We would’ve spent twice the money we did (drinks dessert etc.) but we never saw a server after we ordered. Finally with the check I asked her to take off the spaghetti that I wanted with my meal and she brings out spaghetti and red sauce in a to go container. I literally laughed out loud but do appreciate the sentiment. She also put someone else’s dirty plates on our table to run and get something we asked for 20 minutes ago. The manager and the food are the only reason we would consider coming back. Silverware was very clean and the restaurant looked great besides the entryway.

Very disappointing- made reservations over a month in advance for late lunch 2:00 after Sunday UD graduation. Arrived 1:35. Line out the door of overbookings.Beautiful May Day- outdoor tables not being utilized at all. At 1:45, 1:00 reservations had not been seated. Stood at podium for over 25 minutes, NEVER acknowledged by hostess ( along with others standing as well) asked for manager for assistance, he was completely detached. Impossible to leave at this point. Dampened our celebration. Needless to say, service was slow as well. No bread for 10 minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED by treatment. Food was just ok.

It took over 30 mins just to get out drinks, our food came before our appetizers, and our server barely came to our table to check or do anything with 3 kids as well.

It's always a great time when we visit. Our server Keith is always polite and kind. We share food and each time he gets our meals split in two. So very thoughtful of him .

We waited for 30 minutes without receiving water or any service. I approached the waiter assigned to our area to ask who our server was, and he said he didn’t know. He never returned. Shortly after, a new family—who was not African American—was seated nearby and served drinks by the same waiter within five minutes. The only apparent difference was our race. When I expressed my concern to the manager and noted the possible racial bias, the manager responded with outrage—not about the lack of service, but about me bringing up our ethnicity. I alerted a server that we decided to leave , spend our money where we are valued as customers . I have never experienced an incident such as this, extremely disheartening.

I came here on Mother’s day to celebrate a college graduation. We had reservations weeks in advanced for 2pm. When we got there, it was so packed there was a 15 minute line to just check in with the hostess. We got sat around 3pm. It was very obvious that they were understaffed. Tables were dirty, the floor was messy, the women’s bathroom flooded. This is 100% on the management. They knew it was graduation weekend for multiple colleges and it was Mother’s day. Seeing as we had reservations weeks ago, one would assume management would have the appropriate number of servers, hostesses, bartenders and food/drink runners. We waited over an hour for drinks and silverware. The staff themselves were good but so overwhelmed and stressed. As someone in the service industry I understand this is not the staff’s fault but management’s. I hope they can figure out how to properly run a business while respecting staff soon. This was supposed to be a nice happy day and we were all deeply dissatisfied with our experience here. Will not be coming back!

My husband and I visited the restaurant in celebration of our anniversary, the staff was very accommodating. Our server Paige was attentive and extended congratulatory messages along with other staff. We will return.

I was here for a graduation visiting from out of town. We did not have utensils even after being sitted for 30 minutes. We had to ask for them. The calamari had no flavor. The Lobster and Shrimp fettuccine did not have any lobster in it. I still tipped my 20% but this was a terrible experience. Won’t be coming back here.
