Cons: They were understaffed. Out of ice. Out of rigatoni. The floor was very slippery. Entree portions were very small. Pros: Server was good considering he was working tables and bartending. He made my Mom's entree over for her since the original one was doused in olive oil . Thank You , sir!

Table of 9 in a mostly empty restaurant. Everyone enjoyed there meals. Waiter was good, took orders by memory once he was able to get to our table. Service was much slower than expected given the number of patrons in the restaurant. Took about an hour for the meals to be served after ordering.

The food took extremely long to come out. Probably almost an hour waiting on food. Our waitress rarely checked on us. My salmon was alright but the sweet potatoes were still raw and my asparagus was ice cold. Very disappointed, because I used to love Brio. No manager seemed to be running the place or making sure things were running smoothly. Could be part of the problem.

The food was okay, it would have been better with a drink. Service was horrible, I couldn't get a refill to finish my food.

Daniel was our server and was kind and attentive to our needs. The pasta brio was delicious and my partner enjoyed her mushroom ravioli

I would normally have rated them 5 stars as I have in the past, but things were a little different, apparently because of personel issues.

Had a $ off and finally figured out what had to be done while at the restaurant. Order took over 20 minutes past specified time but looked like it had been setting for that extra time.

My friends and I always come to Brio for happy hour! Heather is so awesome and our food is always amazing! We absolutely love our Brio! Please please don't change a thing! We also do dinner with out husbands at night. It's always so great!

Seated at 1:50, waitress brought water and bread. Had to flag her down a couple times for more water. Started questioning where our food was around 2:30, was told it wouldn’t be long. At 3:10, tried to talk with manager about where our food was, he could not tell me when our food would be out. Meanwhile a table behind us was seated and served food within 30 minutes???? Worst service ever, whole restaurant appeared to be in chaos, witnessed several people upset and leaving. O stars.

Brianna was our server and was very friendly. She was all by herself doing tables and bar area and she never missed a beat. Food was hot and delicious. There were 3 of us and we will definitely be back. I had the Shrimp and lobster fettuccine and it was fantastic

It was near empty when our group of 6 arrived just before 6pm. It took close to an hour to get our food. Server said they had to crack open another chicken and reheat the rest of the meals. Didn't offer any extra bread or anything significant to make up for the long wait. Manager didn't want to offer any discount (in addition to the $20 off coupon) at first; only did so after we spoke up about our frustration. I work in the restaurant industry and this was ridiculous.

Another Dayton area restaurant that has hit the skids. This place is nothing more than an expensive Olive Garden. It took 2.5 hours to get food that was at best just average. Don't waste your time or money here.

It was an Easter brunch, so very busy and service was a tad bit slow, but as expected. Food came out impeccably. I was grateful to be sharing a meal with my family and not hosting at home, so cannot complain about the busyness and slightly slower service!

Atmosphere was beautiful. Food was just OK. Bread was stale and food choices were ok for an expensive menu. Had the lobster bisque which tasted like it came out of a can.Had a waiter with a pony tail. Was very slow at his job. Saw my frustration and chose not to come to our table. Not happy with the service nor the price. Wouldn't eat there again.
