I don't think I've ever had a good experience here despite giving them multiple chances. The drive through is usually incredibly slow (it wasn't today). However, there was some kind of black specks on our fries which I guess is old fryer oil according to other posts. They also forgot both toys in the kids meals and didn't give us straws. The woman in the drive through wasn't friendly to say the least. Gave them enough tries, not going back.

This Burger King location reuses their frying oils. I used to work in a resturant and I can tell if foods were fried in reused oil. My hash browns are definitely fried in their nasty oil they did not change out. Please do things with integrity and change the oils out. I will never eat from this burger king location ever again. I would give this place a 0 if I can, but google reviews won't allow it. Disgusting.

The people who work there clearly don’t give a damn about anything. The food is always cold, service is slow as hell. Hire some people that give a shit. Do better.

So there is some sort of game going on with how they run people through the drive thru. They will hold you at the ordering speaker for way too long, then hold you at the pay window even though no one is in front of you. They'll tell you not to pull forward until they say to. Then you get to the pickup menu and get your order. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get through the drive thru here. Three cars not including myself pulled out of line and left. There was no one at the pay window and no one at the pickup window waiting for an order. This was not a one time thing. This was the 4th time I've experienced this and now won't go back.

We go here about once a month and the service is generally the same. Guy with curly hair and glasses never responds politely to most things. Just makes the overall vibes feel unwelcome. Edit: They didn't completely mix the milkshake and also did not put sauces in the bag. For reference the drive thru had nobody in it and it was the manager who was serving us. I can't imagine how this location performs during rush hours.

Tried to go into this location yesterday while I was out doing errands. There were people in there eating(possibly workers), all the doors were locked. Now, these are possibly the same people that feel that they should get $15-20 an hour. This location does not want to work.

I placed a mobile order at 1:58. I just got it 10 minutes ago. I usually do drive thru service as I am a Walmart Employee, and I eat in my work parking lot. The manager (I don’t recall her name) has an absolutely TERRIBLE attitude. She, as rudely as she could, explained that they’re doing dine-in only, so when I asked if I could simply pick up my mobile order via drive thru, I was told it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I go inside, where I waited another 15 minutes before I got my order. Mind you, I am on my lunch break, and only get an hour total. Then, when I go to scarf down my whopper because I now only have 20 minutes, it had extra everything. I’m talking heavy mayo, mustard, and ketchup (which I asked for light), lettuce, and tomato, when I ordered the sandwich with no lettuce or tomato… overall this was a VERY poor experience. The guy that was working was amazing, very cheerful and apologetic; however, the manager had a VERY crappy attitude, and the person preparing the food just kept complaining she wanted to go home. As much as I love Burger King, i will not be eating it on the days I work in beavercreek anymore.
And I’d also like to state that I’ve worked with the general public while being short staffed. Demeanor is everything. You are servicing the community… if you don’t want to be, don’t sign up for a job where that’s your main task.
I don’t bother reviewing fast food normally because it is consistently bad, but this place is serving borderline health code violations! Chicken nuggets were dehydrated and paper thin and the burger meat wasn’t much better. I assume management is pinching pennies trying to minimize waste but if you don’t serve edible food go ahead and close the doors! This was at 6pm mind you so food should be moving and fresh!

We had a great experience with Jayden in the drive thru. It's all too common to have bad customer service in the fast food industry, but Jayden was patient and polite. For a mom with picky eaters, it was much appreciated! I hope this finds his manager or owner of this facility as he is deserving of the recognition.

Came through to get breakfast before going to see my mom in the hospital. Only person in the drive thru, but the cashier (with a star tattoo on her face) seemed to be in a rush. Basically threw my food at me then as I was asking for salt, slammed the window and ignored me, even after honking to get her attention .Do better, BK.
