EVERY TIME I Place an order on Uber or doordash something's wrong last time I got four old onion rings in my half and half this time I got a small onion ring for a medium $4 for that and then the Royal crispy chicken sandwiches were soggy and tasted like they sat out I had to air fry them for them to taste decent at least my lettuce wasn't wilted because the old sandwich is cold!! That was just tonight every other time I ordered Whoppers and they were a horrible Even when I got the order within 20 minutes of placing it the food was cold I've never gotten a warm meal from this place

Stopped in for breakfast at 830am the French toast sticks were hard and hash browns were cold. The worker was nice and remade everything but if I was going through the drive thru and given that food I would have been really upset. The inside is nice and big just very very cold so I went and ate in my car. The elderly gentleman that works the front is extremely nice and walking around helping everyone.

Employees making the burgers on top of the table not using the wrappers and that is disgusting not safe can cost customers to get sick I have reported it once and I did said something when I was in there today cause I was going to order for lunch but when I seen the food being made on top of the metal table I decided not to cause I don't want to get sick

Came in here on Thanksgiving. I was the only customer they had and yet I got very cold food. Biscuits so tough you couldn't bite into the sandwich. Not so sure why I got cold unedible food when yall weren't busy. I guess they jus felt their personal conversations at work were more important than me recieving food i could actually eat. Yeah let's keep talking about personal nonsense at out minimum wage job and give them this food that's been chilling for hours.

I came in at 8 pm. Jennifer has this place running top notch! Our food was fresh, and fast. The dining room was very clean, and welcoming and the experience was much like the service of fast food restaurants of the older days. Very refreshing to see someone who actually cares about their job!

I tried posting my review since last night Google keeps flagging it cause of the actual swearing words I was using that I heard in the store from employees and the threat that was made... this is a very unprofessional environment and I definitely won't be coming to this location anymore and neither should anyone else
This location is always slow. I went around 9am 10/8/25 and the same man was taking orders, working the both windows and making drinks, and even bagging food. I'm going to assume there was at least 1 other person cooking the food. Under staffed.
