I was here awhile back and it was good. I stopped in with a friend today and our orders were completely wrong. I went back in to try to get it fixed. A man (that didn't make the order and wasn't there at the time) insisted it was made right and tried to "fix" it, but the Reese's cup dasher still had no peanut butter or hot fudge. Don't waste your time.

I’m from New York and was hoping to get my Carvel fix, but when I tasted this it wasn’t what I expected. So I asked for an Oreo milkshake, but ended up with a watery, flavorless cup of vanilla ice cream and some chunks of Oreo lazily thrown onto it... I was expecting actual Carvel, this taste nothing like the real deal.Don’t bother wasting your money here, it’s not even a full Carvel location. Go to Cold Stone instead, it’s literally right around the corner, I threw my cup away after maybe 2 to 3 spoonfuls. 1/5 stars.

I was excited to come check this Carvels out I’m from NYC and most of the Carvels left are in NYC but I was disappointed….Very limited items I didn’t see any other flavors but chocolate and vanilla they should just put soft served ice cream and remove the carvels name

Oh the ice cream here is just like I remember it from visiting new York. Way better than anything we have here in Ohio.The slogan is "America's freshest ice cream" and im not sure if thats true but it sure does taste like it.Unfortunately they only have soft serve vanilla and chocolate.
