I’m from New York and was hoping to get my Carvel fix, but when I tasted this it wasn’t what I expected. So I asked for an Oreo milkshake, but ended up with a watery, flavorless cup of vanilla ice cream and some chunks of Oreo lazily thrown onto it... I was expecting actual Carvel, this taste nothing like the real deal.Don’t bother wasting your money here, it’s not even a full Carvel location. Go to Cold Stone instead, it’s literally right around the corner, I threw my cup away after maybe 2 to 3 spoonfuls. 1/5 stars.

I was excited to come check this Carvels out I’m from NYC and most of the Carvels left are in NYC but I was disappointed….Very limited items I didn’t see any other flavors but chocolate and vanilla they should just put soft served ice cream and remove the carvels name

I'm not sure if I've ever had anything at Carvel before. We were enjoying a concert at the Greene and I asked my husband to buy me a vanilla milkshake. My husband said that the server filled a cup with vanilla ice cream and that was that. He had already paid and the place was being run by high school kids, so he took it. You tell me...is that what is considered a milkshake at Carvel? Anyway, the vanilla ice cream was okay. The cup for some reason leaked out the lid and also spooning out the lid led to many spills. I have to admit, I don't think I will ever be back.

Oh the ice cream here is just like I remember it from visiting new York. Way better than anything we have here in Ohio.The slogan is "America's freshest ice cream" and im not sure if thats true but it sure does taste like it.Unfortunately they only have soft serve vanilla and chocolate.

Did not have items that were on website. Ordered a Reese sundae with peanut butter and chocolate. What I got was a full cup of vanilla ice cream with a few toppings and whipped cream and cherry. After part of the toppings slid off and I ate 3 spoonfuls of other toppings all I had was white soft serve which I can get at McDonalds for $.99 cents. Total waste of money I don't like vanilla soft serve alone so thru 3/4 in the trash. Will Not go back unless I want a pretzel.

So disappointed, this is not a FULL Carvel location, it is merely a small selection of soft serve (vanilla, choc, twist) and a couple sundaes, no cakes. It is actually inside an Auntie Annes store. When going to the Carvel website store locator, it does not specify this. I had a Birthday reward to use, and also wanted to purchase a cake. The store was clean and staff very helpful, so I did get my free bday cone, which was yummy soft serve twist.
