Charleys Cheesesteaks

Ordered a regular large fry, they gave me a loaded fry. No one there speaks very good English which makes it hard to order. Deffiently won’t be eating here again.

Order me a large philly pepperoni sandwitch with a order of loaded fries . When i watch the cook make the order he was cooking some orders in front of mine n waa putting raw chicken on the grill did nit change his gloves at all wipeing his forhead . He then proceeded to cook my staje sandwitch and still not change his glovez. When ask for my money back i was told no . I threw away the food . I will not be back agian

Went to the restaurant in Hilliard Rome Columbus OH, store#02730 and ordered a small chicken cheesesteak with on cheese and onions on it. When I got the sandwich it did not have hardly any chicken on it. It was mainly bread and cheese with very little chick on it. The type of chicken used was not chicken chunked or cut up but rather chicken meat that you use to make a sandwich. When showed them how it looked I asked if they could put more meat on the sandwich and stated that they could not. I asked for a refund on the sandwich. I also ordered bone I. Wings as well and the chicken wings were dry and had very little flavor at that.

Went and got my phone sat and ate 30 mins later I had to run to the bathroom it was coming out both ends this place is terrible

The service was terrible! The people working behind the counter totally ignored me. So I had to put my order in at the kiosk. When preparing my order, the guy wiped his forehead then had the audacity to continue preparing my order without washing his hands or even changing his gloves! When I pointed that out to him, he acted like he didn’t understand. So I cancelled my order. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Guy store texting on the phone directed me to self ordering kiosk instead of taking my order. So I assumed he didn’t want my money so I went to chick fil a they were happy to take my order.

Charley's is one of my top two grilled sub shops in the area.

Went twice last week, last time I was barely greeted, when I walked up happy and ready to order.. the cashier (a man) looked disgusted that I (a black woman) had walked up. Then when it was time to pick up my food, the woman working on the end seemed to feel the same. Won’t be going back to this location in the mall. Work on yalls attitude. And being a POC, acting that way towards other POC is CRAZY!! lol get it together.

I ordered the Old School Cheesesteak and this is the best Philly-style cheesesteak you can get without being in the city. Coming from someone who spent two decades in Philly, I would come back again and again to order it. Go birds!

Chicken teriyaki And Philly cheesesteak, both loaded. Chicken teriyaki wasn’t the best, bread was extremely soggy. I’ve definitely had better, wish I could’ve experienced better food instead of wasting money. The fries want the best with the sauce was too wet. The cheese sauce in particular.

Great customer service! The girl at the register was super nice and patient with me! Some lady had serious patience issues. You could clearly see the workers getting orders together and servicing their customers well and empolyee was so professional even against their nasty attitude 10/10 Definitely my new go-to spot!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to give Charley’s Philly Steaks one more shot to see if I’ll be satisfied and I didn’t even get the opportunity to order food. I’m at the Fairfield Mall. I have my son in my hands as I am standing in front of the vendor. I was not greeted by the manager/cook or the cashier. They looked at me and then looked down. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The cashier who was doing nothing said, “If you want to order you can use the kiosk.” Now mind you I have my son in my hands, I wasn’t greeted and their whole disposition was terrible. They acted as if they blessed me with their presence. Instead of spending my money, I decided to walk away and be a patron at another vendor’s location.I do not recommend, terrible customer service, terrible attitudes and the food is mediocre at best!

Parking: You can find a spot in line to park because they will not acknowledge you standing right in front of their faces.
