We stopped in looking for a specific cookie which they didn’t end up having in stock. The employees were super helpful finding a cookie we would like and even gave us a free one to try as an apology. Overall both cookies we got were very yummy!

Really enjoy these cookies. Not overpoweringly sweet, and the perfect size that you can eat two and not feel like you’re going to explode. Not the best cookies I’ve ever had, but definitely a solid 4 stars. When I went in, service was pretty quick considering there was quite a line. It was definitely crowded inside and felt a bit disorganized, but they are also in the middle of one of their 50% off sales, so I appreciate prioritizing serving customers rather than organizing decor. Will definitely be back!

So…. The cookies were obviously BUSSIN!😂 but the service… Not so BUSSIN . First, As soon as I walked in the store, the not so lovely ladies immediately started exchanging dirty glances making us feel unwanted and unwelcome, especially after coming out of a strong downpour of rain. Second, I asked about the silly ranch cookie and their response made me feel like I was annoying and bothering them. Last, as me and my kids walked out, they claimed that the two workers were rude and asked them questions that made them feel unwanted and rushed, ruining the atmosphere. Overall, you need to work on teaching your workers customer service, hospitality, and politeness to satisfy customers like me.

Horrible customer service. Two girls working just wanted to color and gossip instead of serve customers. They gave off such a rude attitude when I was just trying to order and make basic conversation that was very unnecessary. They need training on better customer service! I spent over $70 just to be met with palpable annoyance and poor service from these two clearly unprofessional, careless, and ill mannered girls.

When the cookies are fresh they are simply great!!! Although they seem to have gotten smaller over the years for sure! But everything has of coarse! I would give the place a 5 star but freshness is not a top priority it seems.
