I was given an assorted box of these for a Christmas present. My daughter, my girlfriend, the gift giver and myself all dug in right away. All 4 of us went to the trash can to get it out of our mouths. They were so dry that it felt like I just bit into a cookie made of coffee grounds. I could've gotten a spoon-full of cinnamon down before any one of the cookies in the box (yes, we opened them all)!When were they purchased, you ask? On the 23rd of December and I was gifted them on the 25th of December.

The absolute service I have ever experienced. I was supposed to be called back but the have not called back. I tried again and got the same answers. I am still waiting. They don’t provide their call service the ability to can’t orders they have failed to send out and they do not provide them the ability to fix problems. This business should be avoided at all costs.

Poor customer service! Ordered a very expensive cookie box to be delivered on a specific day for a employee party. Then was told it won't be there for 3-5 days after the party. The cookies at that point will be 7-9 days old. Then was told I should have paid for overnight..already paid $25 for shipping.
