The staff makes me feel like a burden when I pick my food up. I've never been greeted with any hospitality. It's a completely different feeling compared to when I go to other chick-fil-a's.

The food is ok, nothing special. They overcharged me about $3, and are probably doing the same to everyone else. It's been about 10 years since I have been here, and I'm set to never visit again.

Owner parks his huge GMC Denali truck in one of the spots dedicated to food delivery. Not cool! Oh, I guess he paid for the dedicated parking spots for his restaurant, so it is okay! Um NO, not okay!

Thought I ordered from across the street. Once I realized that it was the mall I received my food but they gave me chicken for salad but not my grilled chicken nuggets and of course I didn't check before I left.

I have been to several chicfilas across the country. This was my first bad terrible experience. Put in mobile order. Went in to pick up. Waited 30 minutes, unacknowledged, and when I finally approached someone...they were cleaning up ready to leave. Meanwhile...I have my order number. And online receipt.. sent me on my way. Shame.

This particular Chick-fil-A location is a little bittersweet. The foods are all fairly decent with the occasional flub but they used to honor police and fire and military but now they do nothing for them. It's a shame that a business that gets so much support from his community gets none in return for its local police fire and military services. I can only speak for our fire station but we have decided to return the favor by only showing them to support they have shown us by exploring other food options.

Tent outside of the Fairfield commons. Operated with a single golf cart going back and forth. Service was about 30 minutes. Conflicting directions on mobile orders versus drive through. Order never arrived, had to go into the store.

I'm an employee at the mall, and I find myself spending my entire lunch break waiting for my order due to the slow service.Additionally, there are several other issues.The establishment is unclean, with all the machinery up front appearing greasy and emitting a foul odor. The cash register area is littered with breadcrumbs and chicken pieces, which I find repulsive.There's a table placed in our service hallway, creating obstacles for us when we need to make deliveries. Also I've observed employees preparing and packaging food at this table in the unhygienic service hallway, outside their designated restaurant area.While the staff facing customers are pleasant, their demeanor changes drastically in the back hallway. They become inconsiderate, obstructing passage for other mall workers attempting to navigate through the service hallway. They show no regard for making room for anyone else trying to pass through, despite it being a service hallway accessible to all mall employees and potentially serving as an emergency exit. This area is clearly not suitable for use as an extension of their kitchen.

As a fellow mall employee, I have witnessed the following in the past two weeks.-Their employees have set up a card table in our service hallway, which is a fire and safety hazard.-I have at least once witnessed employees assembling and bagging food at this table in this dirty service hallway (not inside their restaurant/kitchen).-Their employees are rude, blocking the hallway from other mall employees trying to walk through this hallway. They don’t bother to make way for anyone else trying to get through. (Again this is a service hallway used by any mall employee, and can be used as an emergency exit. It is in no way sanitized for use as their personal kitchen expansion.)-The door to their kitchen is propped open with a box, yet there’s a sign on the door that says “Keep door closed. Food safety risk”I believe a lot of Chick-fil-a customers (including myself) enjoy the restaurant not just for their food, but for their cleanliness, but this is disgusting.
