Had my tastebuds set for Chipotle but after being told to “wait a sec” while the person behind the counter vigorously cleaned and wiped the food area, then slowly went to wash their hands we decided to head across the street to Panera where we were served asap. While the cleaning was happening I noticed another person behind the wall grab a pair of disposable gloves while we waited for the cleaning to end but quickly disappear then finally saw a third person walk out slowly and start to say, “Have a nice day” when we walked out. I eat at different locations about once a week but have never experienced this until today. Very disappointing.

Location wasn't taking online or phone call order and was advised to go inside to order. I drove there and all doors were locked, no notice on any door, could see employees and food on the make line. No one came out to explain the inconvenience this put on my lunch break.

First and last time eating here. Chicken and other toppings were so spicy couldn't even eat any. Staff wasn't friendly and was rushed picking what I wanted. Prices are high. No size selection or sauces

the employees were very friendly and liked glad to be there. The good is always good but this time it was absolutely delicious. Chipotle just gets better and better. who need sauce, not on my chipotle.

All the meat choices looked horrible just from the eye test. White rice is extremely under cooked every grain is hard in the middle. The fall off of chipotle needs to be studied. Staff and service was fine seems like every chipotle lost their quality in food.

The rice was undercooked with a lot of hard, crunchy pieces. It was pretty disgusting. I don't know how you get sometimes cooked and some hard. Maybe cook smaller batches so it is consistent. Makes me not want to go back.

The food was great, but I especially appreciated how well they handled celiac protocol. They were kind, didn't seem annoyed by the extra steps (replacing utensils, etc.), and made everything perfectly.

I was in around 12pm today and there was a bigger guy who was rude. When he asked me if there was anything else I wanted I accidentally said no and then I asked for cheese, and he called me out on it and was irritated. There were no customers behind me either. The person at the register rang me out how people should do it. It didn’t bother me too much but be wary of the big guy. He’s not suited for the job

Immediately upon entering I was expecting a great experience. I walked in on a Saturday at 3pm, and was greeted by a young woman. She had a smile and the second I opened the door said hello from across the store. Her and the young man after her both were very quick, polite, and fair in their service and portioning. I get to the cash register to find it unattended, with eventually a larger man coming behind me. I notice he is carrying trays, clearly cleaning the lobby in between orders which I thought was also great. A convienence of Chipotle is that on your order they write what was ordered to avoid any confusion or hastle from team members or customer, yet I found this man quite gruffly asking me and my partner what we’d ordered. After a moments hesitation we tell him, and I state that we would like drinks. I then scan my rewards for him to tell me, “Hey, don’t scan that yet” because instead of asking me if I was using rewards he immediately went to the transaction screen which halts the ability to gain my rewards. I’ve worked in fast casual restaraunts my whole life, chipotle being one, so I well understand how this works- and he began to explain to me “You have to tell us you want to use rewards, because there’s a lot of stuff back here we have to do on the system you wouldn’t understand.” Now, even with my heightened understanding of the system- that-
1.) does not seem an appropriate thing to say and
2.) he should be asking customers about reward usage every time, and should be asking for payment type before assuming I’ve completed my transaction.

I love Chipotle & will be returning, but I can forsee myself turning around if I see this man on the register again.
