Chipotle Mexican Grill

Out of grilled veggies at 7:15. They close at 11. That’s just ridiculous. Seems to happen a lot. Update: they still suck. Out of a lot of stuff

Had great service food's always good

This was the filthiest restaurant! Drink machine wasn’t working, the tables looked like that had been wiped down with a dirty cloth, windows and floors were dirty. When they ladled the queso on my bowl, there was a plastic lid in it! This was the condition 15 minutes after they opened!!! I gave one star only because I couldn’t leave ZERO

Not very impressed. Came in for dinner and was treated rudely by the redheaded male employee working the line. We had ordered a bowl and burrito, the bowl had something gross looking on it when he grabbed it from the stack and became rude when we asked for a new bowl that wasn't contaminated. Afterwards, the employee started to be rude and dirty eye us. When he got the burrito and bowl ready to fill, he underserved us on purpose and we had to ask several times for more. Especially on the meat, he only put a few pieces of meat on the bowl. A bowl should have more than like 6 or 7 pieces of meat

Another employee noticed and took over for him thankfully. While watching other bowls and burritos being made at check out, first employee was continuing to treat other customers the same way. Very unprofessional behavior

We went in to grab dinner, ordered and paid for our food. When we turned around to grab a table, every single table was filthy dirty with food on them and the floor was equally dirty. My husband had to clean a table for us to eat at!

There was no one in line in front nor behind us, wasn’t busy at all - only 3 other families there eating. There’s no excuse why it was filthy dirty!

Staff was not very friendly, never thanked us for our order or coming in.

We love Chipotle, but this restaurant needs cleaned!!!!

Tables and food line were dirty. Didn't like the way manager treated employee in training. Also that shift left without. Leaning the dining area. I won't be back to that one. It's going downhill fast.

Kid-friendliness: When manager was speaking to the new trainee made us ( esp the children, uncomfortable).
Grandson wanted to put his application in but we talked him out of it.

Went in today and the place was filthy, every table was dirty, and every metal tray for eat-ins was dirty. The food line was a mess and when the employees were making the food they were so careless flinging it around everywhere, dropping bits from one container in all the others, and the side item containers into the food and then throwing them in the floor off to the side somewhat towards the trash can. It looked like they had a food fight. Completely careless about their job.

There were stacks of dirty containers lined up on the counter behind, clearly from their whole shift. The store was NOT that busy to be this messy.

When we went to pay and were told they didn't have any clean trays for us, I went and grabbed a tray and took it back up to the counter and handed it to the employee. I asked for her to please wipe it off. She tipped it to the side shaking off the food and literally wiped it on the side of her pants and laid it on the counter and started putting our food on it. I said thanks but we will just carry our food. After ringing out and having several kids meals, we were told they had no chips bags ready. Had to wait for the girl to go in the back and make up kids chips. Did I mention the store was not busy at this time. There was no excuse for this!

While were ordering our food down the line there was clearly a new guy who was doing well and learning. The female manager/shift lead was rude and condescending to him the entire time I could hear her. It really seemed like she just hated her job and us customers being there annoyed her. When she walked away, the guy behind us in line said she is absolutely horrible, this place has gone down hill so much lately. I really try not to come during her shift.

After we sat down there were no customers for several minutes. Not one employee came out and cleaned up or came and grabbed the trays to clean. Within a few minutes, a new shift came on and this female and her employees all just left! Just left the store completely filthy and more than likely left all those dirty containers in the back sink for the next shift to take care of.

Come on guys! Do better! It's not that hard to take some pride in your work. I don't care what it is.

Since we just moved to the area, my teenage son was interested in getting info on if they were hiring. He even spoke to the new guy, super nice, after we paid and got the pamphlet of info. When we left the store I said there is no way you are working here.

If you want some good tasting Chipotle and friendly customer service, go to the one in Springboro on 73 near 75, it's worth the drive. They are hands down the best Chipotle we have ever eaten at and the friendliest. And we have eaten at a lot of them all over the country and several in Europe.

I know it’s not the employees choice to stay open until 11 but people that come in at 1030 are still customers and would like to be treated as such
The worker tried as hard as possible to say as little as possible with absolutely no kind of greeting
Also the food was cold and they tried to give me kid size portions as typical chipotle style
Maybe don’t advertise “now open until 11” if the people are going to act like it closed at 10

This is a good Chipotle. Just don't go after the lunch rush. They only have a few people working and they're slow. But the food's usually always good, but the to go gives you less food so I recommend going in but the people that are there are cool only seen a few that you think if you hate your job find a new one

Made me wait 10 minutes for one burrito bowl, absolutely ridiculous, employees were chatting with each other and doing nothing

Visited October 2024. Food was ah...ok. service, not so much they all seem to have an attitude. When my wife asked for a cover for her bowl the guy rolled his eyes. My biggest issue is the place is filthy. Tables are usually dirty trash can area are nasty, the area behind the counter looks like a dump. Once I really started looking around I decided I won't be back. Heck even the front door looked like a dirty fingerprint convention. They should shut down for a deep cleaning.
