Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went in for lunch today during a busy rush, which I completely understand. However, the restaurant was out of beans. When I politely asked if I could have a small amount of extra chicken since I wasn’t receiving beans, the employee responded very rudely, stating that beans are free and chicken is not.
I was simply trying to get fair value for my meal, especially since the missing item was not my fault. The tone and response were unnecessary and made the experience unpleasant. I believe the company could benefit from better customer service training, particularly when handling shortages during busy hours.

This location never seems to be able to do anything right. Their food is always inconsistently cooked, usually all the meat is burnt to a crisp. I just got a steak bowl tonight and there was raw steak (see picture) amongst burnt steak. The interior is always very dirty, and the workers are very unfriendly and quiet. They're usually pretty slow to acknowledge customers, and just move slow in general. On multiple occasions, I've done mobile orders and no matter how early I place it before I arrive, I'm always stuck sitting there waiting. Also, they sometimes put it on the shelf and sometimes you have to ask them for it because your order is hidden in the back. They usually forget to put utensils in mobile order bags as well. Portion sizes are inconsistent, very skimpy on the rice and espically on the severely over cooked carne asada, but they love to fill the whole bowl with lettuce. I honestly can't think of anything good about this location other than it's the closest one to me. The other location down the road is just as bad, don't even get me started.

We came in a little late, so I understand. Although the employees were very very rude. She was even aggressive with her scoops, very unprofessional. I will never go back here, I hope they can get better employees. So disappointed.

Never been to a chipotle where they skimp on EVERYTHING

They put as much in a bowl as I usually get in a taco

Service was extremely slow and it wasn't even very busy. They wrapped my tacos up so tight they ended up sticking together. I also ordered a bowl with double chicken and even for a single serving, it was a pitiful amount. They act like the protein comes out of their paycheck. It's almost always a headache walking into a Chipotle.

My steak burrito didn't have any meat in it at all.

My sons kids meal didn't have any guac. They just left it empty. They weren't even out of it, because my side of guac was included.

They forgot his drink and said they were out of corn. Thank you for the kids meal containing a quesadilla and beans.

I will never come back here again. Its worth the ride the huber to not spend $50 and have more than half of your food missing. This place always messes up.

Consider another Chipotle location if it's an option. Food is more or less what you'd expect but cleanliness is in question. Service is abysmal but I don't blame the line workers. Some management issues here for sure.

Extremely slow service, food looks depressed. The guy working was good, but looked Extremely stressed as the line got longer. The manager was on duty, but was not helping. Maybe a new manager or shift leader is needed. 7-11-2025 1:30pm to 2pm

Chipotle seems to be a very good option most of the time. My satisfaction mostly has to do with who serves my food. There seems to be some inconsistency in how my meals are made. Other than that it is a pleasant experience. I do not recommend the dining room for intimate conversation.
