When we first moved to Dayton, we enjoyed going to Chuys for a delicious Tex Mex meal with suprisingly good service. We hadn’t been back in a while, but ordered pick-up today. We were frustrated to have a meal missed in our order. We called to report the error, and the manager was very apologetic and accommodating. They more than made up for the missed meal with extra sauces, chips, two tres leches cake, and the missed meal. Mistakes happen and it’s no big deal, but their response to the situation was very impressive and we would be happy to return for their excellent food and great service.

We used to love eating here, but then they destroyed their queso dip. We used it on our burritos and with chips, so now everything is covered in watery cheese rather than the robust queso they used to have. So terrible. It went from being one of our go-to places to one we'll never go back to again.

I ordered my food for curbside pick up. When I went to the app to enter my parking space number it said my order was already picked up, which prompted me to go inside. Once inside i gave my name i quickly realized it was marked picked up so would have to go inside. I left a tip bc thought they were bringing my order to the car i felt cheated.

First time I tried this restaurant, food and service was excellent.
They treat you super weird if you get a kids meal. It comes with a free drink and a dessert and I like that its a much smaller portion but they fight you over it. There's no age restrictions???? Waitress said she didnt wanna give me a kids drink because it was weird. Sorry I dont wanna meal large enough to be able to serve a buffet dinner rush. Ur weird for making it weird.
