They always act like they don't have water. The casher was so rude. They was out of anything that wasn't $6 or more on purpose totally takes advantage of people.

NEVER NEVER NEVER buy here. They are double the price any other Cinnabon. They told me each Cinnabon charges their own prices. I paid $36.00 for 6 classic buns and you can get 6 classic buns anywhere else for $18.00. Please don't buy here!!!!! Even the Dayton mall charges $18.00!!! They have to post the 5 stars or pay for them themselves!!!

This location just keeps finding ways to disappoint. They're NEVER ready with product to sell. The guy who answered the phone says they're out of the 9packs of the medium sized bons until NEXT WEEK. They are CONSTANTLY out of the medium sized bons. This is the holidays people, if you can't have product that people want when they want it you're not going to last much longer which is a shame because ive bought these as a tradition for decades and have never had problems walking out with medium sized bons whenever i want (Only needing to order in advance for Christmas). Ive been seeing the same issues at this store for about a year now so not likely they are going to ever figure it out.

Purchased a 4 pack yesterday to take home to my mom. They are so horribly stale they were inedible. Wish now I would have purchased fresh ones. I have purchased 4 pack a from other Cinnabon's for years and never experienced this. Will not be returning to this location again

Me and my fiancé went there today and got a cinnamon roll and a coffee.. the cinnamon roll was fresh and delicious.. but not even 30 minutes after eating said cinnamon roll and drinking the coffee (we had not had anything else to eat at this point) we began to feel very sick.. we have both had very very bad diarrhea ever since to the point we cannot keep anything down! Our butts are raw and we are out $14 if I could give 0 stars I would!

My daughter ordered a drink off their menu. The menu had a picture of two drinks with the names written next to each drink. My daughter pointed at the picture and asked for the vanilla cold brew. They gave her the drink without whip topping. She went back to ask for whip topping as the picture she pointed at had it. They refused to add it, and were being rude. They served me cold cinnabons that were also hard. I asked if they can possibly give me fresh ones. The manager began to scream at me. He told me the trash can is behind me and to throw it away if I didn’t want it. The employees then began speaking to each other in Gujarati about us failing to realize I can understand what they were saying. When I told them I can understand what they are saying and that isn’t good customer service, the manager told me to get out. This place is absolutely awful.

The customer service was terrible. I asked if they can add whip topping to my drink as that is what I paid for, and they refused to do so. The manager was very disrespectful. The workers began saying awful things about me to each other in Gujarati, and failed to acknowledge that I myself speak the same language and understood everything they were saying about me. The manager was screaming at me from the oven side and telling me the trash can is behind me and to throw my order away. He then proceeded to tell me to get out. The experience was absolutely horrific, and I will NEVER be ordering here again.

This location has no sense of respect for others. The owner and employees are extremely rude. They served me hard and cold Cinnabons. When I asked if they can replace it, the manager refused. He told me to just throw my order away if I didn't want it.

All the employees working there today Sunday January the 16th where incredibly rude. There is a vanilla cold brew with whip cream on a picture next to their register. I ordered that and they refused to put whip on it. I got my parent involved because they where being so rude to me. They then talked trash about me and my parent in a different language not knowing we fully understood what they just said. Then they refused to refund us and continued to be complete jerks. They made us throw it away ourselves and wouldn’t even throw it away when they had a trash can right behind them. They don’t even deserve a one star. But it’s the lowest I could put.
