Slow to get a decaf. A hip place for young people.

I didn’t take a photo of it, but they have an excellent coffee here, especially the hot chocolate. Must try!

We had high hopes for this coffee place. Honestly, the thing bringing the stars down was the cashier. When we arrived the cashier was focused on counting the money in the tip jar. She did not acknowledge us, did not say hello, but counted the money making piles for each employee. After about 5 minutes, the tall blonde employee came over and took the money, indicating that the cashier should help us. The cashier went on to not make eye contact, take our order poorly and ignore my husband. It was so bad I made a comment as to why she wouldn't help him. We spent $19.00 on 2 drinks and 2 quiches. The rest of the staff was nice, smiling and helpful. The tall blonde woman helped us multiple times, and appeared to be keeping the whole operation running. The cashier was young, but she made my blood BOIL. Terrible service.

I’m sorry but this food is revolting. Good for people who need GF options but literally was the worst breakfast sandwich and cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life. The cinnamon roll seemed old as heck too. Coffee was great tho :)

Just spent three years stationed in Italy, thoroughly enjoying their coffee. THIS COFFEE BAR MEETS THE STANDARD! I’ve been checking out all the coffee boutiques in the Dayton area, and COFFEE HUB BEAVERCREEK is a taste of “quality Italian coffee” standards! Great job to them!

This cafe is spacious and the aesthetic is very much coffee, from their coffee bag wall decor to their coffee cup shaped tables! It's another great place to study and they have multiple plugs to accommodate working on a device, which I very much appreciate. The baristas are friendly and offer great recommendations. I got the black tea latte, which I was very excited for because few cafes offer a variety of tea options. It was a little diluted but overall good! I also got the coffee cake and it was very flavorful--a little undercooked for my taste but that's a personal preference. Their pastries are gluten-free, if you need to consider that!

Stopped in around 11 on a Saturday morning. It was busy but I was helped fairly quickly and waited a few minutes to get my coffee. The gluten-free, vegan pastries they sell are really yummy.

This unassuming little shop has some of the best service and atmosphere. The coffee is great. The food is really good, the pastries are good. The sweets do tend to be on the dry side for me. The quiche is quite delectable. It's one of my favorite places to come get a coffee, hang with friends, or get some work done. And the people who run it are some of the friendliest you'll find at a coffee shop in the area!

Great coffee and atmosphere. The service is gold star and you feel at home and welcome. Great to sit back and chill or have a bible study. The pastries are AMAZING!!! My daughter has gluten, dairy and nut allergies and feels safe eating here. Thank for being sensitive to the community needs?

I've rated 3 stars in an attempt to be fair. I'll not go into detail publicly with my personal experiences, because I don't feel it is the same as an average customer. If I were a typical in store customer, I feel I would have had a much better experience, however, if you are considering this location as an option for a delivery order, I would strongly recommend you reconsider

Comfy coffee place. This is like a home away from home. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Managed very well! Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. They have rewards punch card system which is a good way to pay it forward. +++ New goto when in town. :)

I live closer to the Centerville location, but I do love the Beavercreek one when I'm up north. It's often busier, but the environment is so pleasant and I love seeing the bakery treats.
