Picked up at the time I was told, the pizzas were cold and stale. This was the first time in years that we have ordered from there, will not be going back!

I had a really bad experience at the Beavercreek location on June 2 around 11:30PM. The staff member, Kayla J., was rude and unprofessional and really disappointed with the service. Definitely not the service I expected. It completely ruined the visit. I hope the management takes this seriously because customers should be treated better.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Beavercreek location (3854 A Kemp Rd) on June 2, 2025, at approximately 11:20 PM. My visit was extremely unpleasant due to the unprofessional and rude behavior displayed by the staff member on duty, identified on the receipt as Kayla J.
From the moment we approached the counter, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. When we asked basic questions regarding the order and menu, she responded with visible irritation. The most alarming part of the experience was when she abruptly threw the payment machine toward us—behavior that was not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable in any customer-facing setting.
This experience not only ruined our night but left us questioning whether to return to your establishment in the future. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
I would appreciate a response to this concern and hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated.

Great pizza, lower cost. Different taste just like all pizza places. But I ordered 3 specialty pizzas and they were all amazing. The Boss was my favorite.

Take out/delivery only place but it's open late and hasn't let us down. The people are nice and the pizza is ready quickly, even late at night. They've recently started doing calzones and they are so good! Great all round, the dough is soft and springy and the fresh mozzarella is always good. We had spinach, mushrooms and sausage and they didn't skimp on the spinach which most places tend to do. Give them a try!

They don't answer the phone anymore. I went inside to order,he didn't act like he wanted to take my order,argued with me when he gave me the wrong dipping sauce,and wouldn't tell me his name,very rude!
