Five years ago, I gave this a 4 out of 5 rating based on service and food. After this evening's visit (first time I've been back since), I am dropping it to 2 stars. I ordered carnitas colorado... was not good unless you like a complete tomato sauce. Restaurant way understaffed which I'm fine with... if the food is good. Our server was honestly amazing and way overworked literally running from table to table. After living in El Paso for years... I'm still seeking that authentic Mexican food.

I hate to do this, but Uber Eats has forced my hand. We have been pretty regular customers over the past several years and the food is pretty good. Not the best Mexican food, but the quality for the price is pretty stellar. But Uber Eats refuses to refund us for several missing items from our delivery order that we didn't receive. Their solution? Give the business a poor review. I'm out money for food I never received and they refuse to help, even though we have had dozens of orders from various establishments without complaint. Maybe ditch Uber Eats and go with DoorDash who will give you better rates if you're exclusive and actually listen to their customers. We even called the restaurant directly before calling Uber Eats because we know how they can be and we were told there was nothing they can do. Restaurant can't refund us or make it right and Uber Eats refuses to. Disappointed is an understatement and I will be hesitant to order ever again.Either double check that your delivery orders are complete or ditch Uber Eats.

I don't recommend them. I ordered the mini takos and the tortillas were cold and a ceviche and a hot ceviche was hot!!!! And they told me that if they heat it up, it won't work ???

We’ve been here a few times but this time service and food were absolutely awful. All the food was burnt and cold. Orders were wrong. Gave a $1.55 discount. Tables around us were served and left before we even ordered. There were only 3 adults and one child.

Not the best experience. The only two good things I’ll say about this place is the salsa is fantastic and our waitress was nice. With that being said, they were not prepared for a Saturday night rush with an event at the nearby Nutter Center. It seemed they had one waitress taking orders and running the bar. They had to have cooks and hosts running food, but we still had to wait for over an hour for our food (which came out wrong and cold and ultimately was not the best). Some tables actually got up and left to go to Taco Bell because it was taking so long. Also beware! They have a party of 5 or more gets 18% gratuity added to the bill. This is disclosed in a tiny spot at the bottom of the menu. And if you add your own 20% on top of that after missing the tiny disclaimer, they won’t let you take your tip back. All in all this was not the best dining experience I’ve had, and I hope they were just having a bad night

Not much good to say about this place. Took about an hour to get our food, wasn’t correctly what we ordered and it was cold. At that point we didn’t even want to say anything. Not the best Mexican cuisine and not the best service.

The food and drinks were great, however, the manager interjected on a private conversation and demanded we cease chatting. Bizarre. I’ve never had that happen before.

I'm on the run, so can't go into too much detail. I've been around and tried a lot and this is the best so far. The flavor profiles are amazing. I tried a variety of things, like beef, chicken, pork, fajitas, carnitas spread. We shared a bunch at a table. Everyone agreed it was the best ever.

Fantastic food! Legitimately the best elote and chicken enchilada I've had, period. The chicken was incredibly moist and flavorful, and the elote looked perfect and tasted even better! Don't forget the horchata when you visit. I will definitely be going back here again and again!Parking: Parking gets packed here during meal times. Lots of restaurants in this strip mall...Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, entrance, and any table will work for a wheelchair.

I ordered on their web site and the good wad delivered by door dash. I ordered chimichanga and everything was throne together so the chimichangs were soggy. I order these because they ate crisp. If I had wanted a burrito I would have ordered

Service was fine but food was horrible. My plate had very little taste. My wife ordered nachos and it was only chips, chicken and cheese. No fixings were offered.

You can always count on Don Patron for quality food and service! It's my favorite Mexican restaurant in the WPAFB area.
