The last two times I’ve ordered delivery in advance, the orders have arrived significantly late. This last time was the final straw. I ordered online at 6:15 pm from the soccer fields to have dinner available to my kids and 3 other kids I had staying over, when we arrived home. I asked for it to be delivered at 7:30pm. Worst pizza company chain I’ve ever dealt with!!!! Called in to order two deluxe large pizzas and asked the price for the pizzas and was told that the price would be $19.19 for each pizza! When I went in to pick up the pizzas I told them that I had a BOGO 50% off the second pizza coupon! Pizza arrived 30 minutes late. I called the location to find out where it was and was placed on hold by a BOT! Called back and finally got through. No apology for the late service! Watched the driver go right past my house while I was waiting! Similar thing happened at a donatos in Shaker heights! I think we are done with chains! Sticking to mom and pops!
