AI on phone does not give an option to tip. There is no option to tip when the driver arrives. Highly unprofessional to not think of your driver's. Fix it.
You really need to hire more workers on the weekend. You ran a Father's Day special and the wait was 40 minutes for take out. There was a family that came in and left after 15 min because no one waited on them. The pizza is always well made but are losing business when you can't wait on walk ins.

Pizza was good as usual, was a little skimpy on the pepperoni. Which is almost hard to believe, but it was. Still.good though.
Main issue was I literally watched the lady take the pizza out the oven, cut it, boxed it, and never acknowledged me. I was in the drive through, she even looked right at me. She walks out of view and 5 minutes or so later someone else comes by and helps me. I was the only one there between the lobby and drive through.

Later they dropped my first order on the I waited 30 minutes longer for my second order to be made incorrectly.

I have never had a good experience at this Donatos. The "system crashes" regularly and I've never gotten my food within 20 minutes of the suggested time - today was 40 minutes late. The food isn't bad but I've been given burned pizza more than once.

Ordered delivery and had to cancel my order an hour and 45 minutes after the projected delivery time. Calling the store resulted in an automated service transferring me to a number where I was hung up on repeatedly. Upon finally getting a hold of the manager at the store he was able to cancel my order but then hung up on me also! Will not do business with this establishment again.

Made one of two pizzas. Refused to make second pizza because they were busy. Treated me like a Karen would I asked for my pizza.
I wish I could post the pictures I took! I ordered 1 pizza and 1 sub. I had to call them because it Took over an hour to get it. It arrived cold and in shambles. Pizza was stuck to the lid and all over the box. The sub and container it was in was covered and saturated in oily dressing inside and out. All the napkins and everything was a mess. Probably not going to order from there again…. Ugh

I order 60 dollars worth of food, it said it would be in like 30 mins. it was over a hour. the reason the delivery driver gave me was that the manager drop the sub roll on the ground and had to start over. my two pizza was brunt as well as the calzone. the sub sucked the meat not that great on the philly sub. I gave them another chance today. the app was messing up so i tried on my pc. it was messing up as well. so i called to make sure they are still delivery because it snowing pretty good outside right now. the first call they hung up the second call i talked to a man whom was nice sounding but when i told him that the app looked like it corrected itself that i would order off there he hung up. i understand being busy but customer always come first. i am in the food business and i can run this shop better then that manager. get a new manager please. your employees will thank you.

Ordered pizza online, said 7:06 pm pickup. Got there and was a long line. No one was helping anyone. Only 3 people working. Customers were grabbing stuff on their own because no one would help them. Finally after 20 minutes, I found out my pizza hadn’t even been started. It was 7:20 pm. I told them to just cancel my order. Best decision I made was to pay cash so didn’t have to wait for refund. Heard others say they had been waiting for over an hour for their pizza and still hadn’t received it.
I waited a full 90 minutes and my order still wasn't ready, and they wouldn't answer the phone.
Do better.
