I pay for coffee and get sugar milk every single time. I don’t even think they put coffee in it!!!! It’s disgusting and a rip off.

Always great service and fast. They got
It going on!!

For as many people that come thru here they tend to have pretty good service. The location in Kettering has struggled since day one to get even a small line of cars thru the drive thru. Here I generally have not waited that long and every one is very friendly so it makes visiting a good experience. If you have not tried the French crueler, you absolutely must.

Guys looks. I come here a lot in the morning otw to work. There are 2 employees that are absolutely horrible. Not friendly at all, very rude. I actually will turn around if I notice these two or even one of them are working. Managers need to pay more attention to what is going on in their store and how rude certain employees are.

This particular Dunkin' is hands down our absolute favorite location, and for good reason! We always feel incredibly well-treated, like valued regulars. They've even surprised us with extra donuts a couple of times, which is such a fun bonus!
One time, they were out of the sprinkled donuts my kiddo always wanted, and my little one was pretty disappointed. But the server saw her face and, without hesitation, was so incredibly kind and prepared a sprinkled donut right on the spot for her! That moment truly showed how much they care. This Dunkin' goes above and beyond, and we can't recommend it enough!

I live in the neighborhood that is directly behind the Dunkin, so I've been a regular customer at that location for years, and I will often walk there instead of driving, as it is so close.

Unfortunately over the years, my attempts to establish myself as a regular (good) customer there, hasn't been appreciated, or even recognized by the staff. I've always been friendly towards all the staff, and always tipped more than generously. In fact, I've often tipped ridiculous amounts of money, in the hope that they would both remember, and appreciate my face, and name, because of my generosity, and so always treat me with kindness, and respect whenever I visit.

However, the problem with my strategy of generosity has been that the staff is constantly changing - they struggle to keep many of the same faces, and so it is impossible to establish any kind of a familiarity with anyone there. LOL So you can tip as much as you're a fool to do so, as it rarely gets any genuine appreciation, or even simple recognition.

There have been many times at that location where staff members who had previously spoken with me, been respectful, and even enjoyed a joke, have then been on my next visit - ice cold towards me, and barely uttered a word!

Of course the majority of these employees are women, and look to be between the ages of 16 - 25? They constantly chatter amongst themselves, but block everything, and anyone else out. Also I have noticed that there doesn't seem to be any real Manager at this location. There's a girl there who seems to be the acting Supervisor, but she looks no older than in her early 20's, and she herself has been both kind/ friendly to me in the past, as well as ice cold /rude, and dismissive in more recent times.

The limited food menu itself isn't bad, but if you're wanting any kind of a personal friendly service - the type of place where they remember, and appreciate your face, and name - then don't go there, as that's NOT what they are about, and whatever you do - don't tip, as it's NOT genuinely appreciated.

Don't dine inside (at least alone) for those same reasons, as it's a cold, and unfriendly environment.

I wish their apple fritters were better. They are made a lot like their donuts, and they shouldn’t be.

Brown haired braided young woman who gave us coffee was rubbing on my husband’s thumb when he was paying her for the drink. It was pretty gross behavior. My kids saw it. I hope they deal with that behavior and train their employees on professional behavior.

Donuts are not made at this location. If you want fresh donuts go to the Donut Man on Wilmington pike.
