I live in the neighborhood that is directly behind the Dunkin, so I've been a regular customer at that location for years, and I will often walk there instead of driving, as it is so close.

Unfortunately over the years, my attempts to establish myself as a regular (good) customer there, hasn't been appreciated, or even recognized by the staff. I've always been friendly towards all the staff, and always tipped more than generously. In fact, I've often tipped ridiculous amounts of money, in the hope that they would both remember, and appreciate my face, and name, because of my generosity, and so always treat me with kindness, and respect whenever I visit.

However, the problem with my strategy of generosity has been that the staff is constantly changing - they struggle to keep many of the same faces, and so it is impossible to establish any kind of a familiarity with anyone there. LOL So you can tip as much as you're a fool to do so, as it rarely gets any genuine appreciation, or even simple recognition.

There have been many times at that location where staff members who had previously spoken with me, been respectful, and even enjoyed a joke, have then been on my next visit - ice cold towards me, and barely uttered a word!

Of course the majority of these employees are women, and look to be between the ages of 16 - 25? They constantly chatter amongst themselves, but block everything, and anyone else out. Also I have noticed that there doesn't seem to be any real Manager at this location. There's a girl there who seems to be the acting Supervisor, but she looks no older than in her early 20's, and she herself has been both kind/ friendly to me in the past, as well as ice cold /rude, and dismissive in more recent times.

The limited food menu itself isn't bad, but if you're wanting any kind of a personal friendly service - the type of place where they remember, and appreciate your face, and name - then don't go there, as that's NOT what they are about, and whatever you do - don't tip, as it's NOT genuinely appreciated.

Don't dine inside (at least alone) for those same reasons, as it's a cold, and unfriendly environment.

I wish their apple fritters were better. They are made a lot like their donuts, and they shouldn’t be.

Brown haired braided young woman who gave us coffee was rubbing on my husband’s thumb when he was paying her for the drink. It was pretty gross behavior. My kids saw it. I hope they deal with that behavior and train their employees on professional behavior.

Donuts are not made at this location. If you want fresh donuts go to the Donut Man on Wilmington pike.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru on N. Fairfield Rd. tonight. Anthony and serenity were the only two working they let me know they were a little understaffed today and might not have some stuff. The stuff we ordered they were able to get. Being short staffed didn’t get in the way of great customer service!

Pros:
The associate checking me out was nice, helpful, what more could you ask. Everything seemed clean and tidy. Took about as long as Starbucks. Exactly what I expected from a corporate chain.

Cons:
They were out of donut holes for the Halloween bucket promo, I was so sad 😭. I haven't been to Dunkin for like 20 years, so it was both a drive and an effort, only to be sad. Weird oversight.

A small macchiato was only 60% full-- I honestly don't know if that's normal?, but for $3.50, bruhhhh. A second betrayal! 💔🍩

Parking: Good amount of space to pull in and put and a good number of spots for a small building.

Get here early. That is typical for doughnut shops. Not much of a selection even compared to other Dunkin' Doughnuts.
