Your food is great, but they messed up on mine on my fiancé’s order and when it give us a refund for it

Was excited to try but apparently they didn’t want my business. Waiting for the girl on her cell phone to help me for several minutes, I then said excuse me and she turned her back to me. I can see why there isn’t a single customer in the whole busy food court.

Every time I come here I get Birria Tacos (3) or a Quesabirra. I’m always super full afterwards, I come to the mall just to eat here most of the time. The food is so good and satisfying. I only ever have to wait 5 minutes, and the man behind the counter is all smiles. He genuinely wants to be there which makes the experience even better. I ordered Agua Horchata and he gave me light ice so I could have more Horchata. The man who took my order is very good at customer service and seems like a wonderful business man. I love coming here. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a very fair price and leaves you super full.

For being a mall food court restaurant, El Buen Taco was a complete and wonderful surprise. Ordered three traditional tacos (steak, chicken, and chorizo) and each had great flavor. The spicy red sauce gave a nice kick to the tacos without being overly hot. Service was great with a clean food counter. The atmosphere was what it was... a mall food court and really outside of their control, but despite that being said, it's worth visiting again.

This is a great family-owned restaurant! First time customer: ordered an empanada & tostada - Fresh ingredients, well Seasoned w/ a flavorful, spicy sauce on the side * Muy Bueno * & I will absolutely return soon!

I got the nachos which were okay. Not bad but if I want nachos I’ll go somewhere else next time. The service was satisfactory. The guy at the front counter didn’t look like he wanted to be there but I get that this is fast food. The reason for the 1 star review is because of the hidden fees on the total. There is a 5% charge which has no detail of why. (I specifically selected “skip” on the tip prompt). There was also a 3% credit card surcharge which was not disclosed anywhere until I got my receipt. This is incredibly sketchy, unfair, and I’m pretty sure this violates the credit card agreements if not being outright illegal. For these reasons, I will not be returning.

I placed an order for 3 dozen pork tamales. 🫔 I’m so glad I signed up for their alerts on Facebook. Easy process. They even sent me a text when my order was ready. My Tamales are perfect ❤️ even the masa has great flavor. If you like tamales, you will love their’s.

This is my first time and probably my last time eating here, which is upsetting but I don’t think I’d pay the money I paid for what I ordered again.When I came up the person at the register looked very disinterested in being there. He was on his phone and if I remember correctly he had an earphone in one ear. He also spoke so low that it was hard to hear him over the sounds of the food court. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and no cilantro— I don’t like it, it tastes like spicy soap to me.I got my food in record time and I had to remind the cashier that I had bought a bottle of water — $2 for a nestle pure life (buy your drink elsewhere) — and went to sit down. I opened my box to find a steak quesadilla. I didn’t mind because I’m always trying something new. It came to a surprise to me when I took a bite that there was cilantro in it. I ended up picking it all out of my piece. Either he didn’t hear me (and I spoke loudly) or the kitchen staff didn’t care to look at what they were making. I love sour cream but the sour cream I got was a bit watery as well, which wasn’t pleasant.I didn’t bother taking it back because the guy at the register didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and I might have been bothering his phone time if I went back and I asked for no receipt so I had no way of proving I ordered chicken with no cilantro. Luckily I had someone at home who would eat it but I just know I won’t order from here again.
