They’re good, but I prefer the Cakery. I got a birthday cake from ele not too long ago & had to redo the lettering on my own. I think charging for a cupcake container so you don’t have to throw it in a paper bag is a bit odd too..
It's the best place to obtain a cake for any occasion: birthday, anniversary, holiday or just because!! You can walk in and choose from a variety of sizes & flavors (chocolate, marble, yellow & white) and the staff will write your custom message in your chosen color. Spur-of-the-moment cake need: Solved!!
The customer service is outstanding! I went to pick up my cake and some bows I had dropped off previously to go with the cake were not on from the place where the production was. Elizabeth was super nice and so helpful. She made up for not having the bows on the cake and not receiving them back. My cake turned out so beautiful still and I will definitely come back and order or try more cakes from them!
