If you’re looking for a caterer, stop what you’re doing because you’ve found them. Elite was absolutely amazing and it was such a pleasure working with Zabrina. She made sure every need was met throughout the entire process and our wedding was amazing because of it. Communication was key for us and Zabrina was super quick with every response and we loved talking with her. In fact, we STILL have guests complimenting us on our food, it was a dream. If you need recommendations, the chef carved beef tenderloin was a 10/10. So, thank you to Elite and thank you to Zabrina, our day was absolutely perfect.

On the day of, they were magnificent: the food was excellent and well presented, they worked well with our dietary restrictions, and they did many little things to keep our day running smoothly. Our one complaint is that we found communication in the months before difficult - several items in initial documentation were incorrect, points of contact shifted at times without our knowledge, and we had trouble getting answers to questions in a timely fashion. Overall, we recommend this company, but know that you will need to follow up with them frequently.

First I would like to give credit where credit is due. The venue was absolutely stunning. Everything came perfectly together and all our guests were wowed by the space. Second, the food tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly.
Unfortunately, where my overall impression of the venue truly declined was in the level of service we received on the day of our event.
To begin, we were assured that a security guard would be on-site to allow us early access so we could drop off décor items. However, when we arrived, no one was present to let us in, which caused a delay and set us back from our original timeline.
We were also told that staff would be available to assist with setting up the table linens and napkins, yet no one was present to fulfill that commitment. This left our decorator to handle the setup alone, which was both unexpected and disappointing.
During dinner service, several tables had still not received their meals nearly 60 minutes after service began. When I approached the manager on duty for clarification, I was met with the response, “We’re passing them out in numerical order, honey.” Not only was this response unprofessional, but as hosts, we found it extremely embarrassing to have to continuously reassure our guests that their meals were still coming.
Additionally, we were promised that the wedding cake would be professionally cut and served to guests. This, too, did not occur. After the bride and groom performed the ceremonial cake cutting, the cake was left unattended, and guests were forced to serve themselves—again putting us in an awkward and disappointing situation.
We paid over $3,000 in service fees with the expectation of receiving professional, organized, and attentive service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of that standard.
Additionally, when the linens and napkins were returned to us after the event, they still had food wrapped inside them. While we fully understood that it was our responsibility to wash them, the least that could have been done was to remove the leftover food before returning them. Unfortunately, because the food was left sitting in the boxes for several days until we were able to pick them up, there were bugs and ants present when we opened them. This was both unpleasant and unsanitary, and it reflects a disappointing lack of attention to basic cleanliness and professionalism.
Overall, it’s extremely disheartening that such issues occurred after what was meant to be a special and memorable occasion.

To be honest the first few months working with Elite was pretty frustrating and disorganized, but once we switched to working with Emerie things went very smoothly!
