Service was great (thanks for not spilling the sauce, Lisa). The jackfruit sandwich was good and so was the half rack of smoked ribs. The smoke ring on them was impressive. Definitely coming back!

My friend and I came to flyby before a concert. Food was amazing. Service was incredible, the guy who took care of us had great recommendations for the bowl I got. I’ll for sure be back!

Have been twice. First time the food was delicious. Ordered a beer from the coolers sitting out. Had a spicy pork bowl and also the brisket. Loved both. Second time, I showed up and there was a sign on the door that they were temporarily closed. Sign of the industry I know, but just makes me less likely to drop by unexpectedly unfortunately.

We tried the pulled pork and pulled chicken. Very good. The baked beans were just ok but the Mac and cheese was good. They have very good sauces. We tried them all and all very good. I recommend the Kansas City sauce. The only down side was the server a young lady was surely and unhelpful. No suggestions or recommendations. Didn't say hi or thank you or really anything at all. Eat and enjoy the food is good.

This was lunch the other day, IMO this place offers the best BBQ in #beavercreek I've tried the pulled pork, chopped chicken & now this time the sliced brisket & it's all been amazing each visit, next visit will be the ribs. All their sides are tasty aswell, my goto's though are their homemade old fashion mac&cheese also their green beans that are always super tender and full of flavor. Plenty of seating, always a super clean place and all their employees are always soooo friendly and helpful.

This was our first time here and the staff was very helpful. The food was very good and fresh. The desserts were awesome. I highly recommend this place if you haven't been before. I would definitely come back.

Had brisket sandwich with slaw and side of they're baked beans. Everything's was above average and generous portions. Even free dessert if you happened to mention it being your first time.
Gee, where to start? We drive about 50 minutes, each way, in order to eat Flyby BBQ. My oldest daughter and I are OBSESSED with the Pulled Pork, while my wife claims the Pulled Chicken Salad is "the best salad she has ever had" each time we go. The cornbread with the cinnamon butter is a MUST... as is the Banana Pudding!On top of that, the staff is always super attentive and nice. The only knock on Flyby is that they should have one in every city, ever!My family have always been HUGE fans, and the owner reinforced this with a really nice (and unneccessary) banana-related gesture on my SECOND visit today.Will be cross-posting this review EVERYWHERE I can to help support this business. :)

I had the brisket and mac&cheese bowl with lettuce, carrots, corn, and pickles. The brisket rivals any I've had and I've had brisket all over the east side if the U.S. Good barbecue does not need sauce and, while this did need sauce, I did enjoy the Ohio apple bourbon barbecue sauce. The portion was generous, including the brisket, making the price a good value. The lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. She knew the product well. I'll definitely return to this establishment.

I recently had Flyby at a private event over the 4th brought by a friend. Great pulled pork or brisket on buns and 4 different sauces and potato salad. All first rate. Highly recommend!

If you love barbecue, run don’t walk to Flyby BBQ! This build your own meal joint let’s you choose your own meat (beef, pork or chicken), your barbecue sauce (4 different types), and how you want to eat it (bowl, sandwich, etc). You also get your choice of amazing side dishes, and try the blueberry lavender lemonade. Everyone in my group loved their meals and I will definitely but this place on my regular rotation.
