The lady that took my order (Toni) was so friendly and personable I’ve never enjoyed just chatting with someone in a drive thru so much.

Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. I don't think it is a lack of cleanliness I think it is the material of the floor.

It was ok, have eaten at the 1 next to Watsons Pools. They food there was great. Service there is amazing also. The food at this 1 just didn't taste right. Very bland no flavor at all.

I come in and order a kids cheeseburger about three times a month, I always have to come back for the pickles. I order it with no ketchup add mayonnaise lettuce tomato and onion. I never specify no pickle. I even make sure I bring up to the cashier that pickles are on the burger. Because it is a default condiment there's no need to add pickles on the order slip. Today I'm taking my son a meal to school on a very special day. Once again there were no pickles on the cheeseburger. I forgot to check it before I left. It was very important for me to make him smile today. Now nobody's answering the phone!

Not sure what’s going, if they’re short on workers, or the owner is screwing them over but had been waiting for my order 20+ mins. On two different days.
The drive thru line wrapped around as usual.
I still love the food but the service has gone down hill…hard.
I’m staying away for awhile until this improves. Owner of this establishment, get off your yacht and work! Your workers need you!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR DINNER IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 3 CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU.
I decided to swing by Freddy’s on my way home from work, just to get a cheeseburger and a Sunday. There were five cars in the drive thru lane. I ended up waiting in the drive thru line for 34 minutes! Absolutely insane! The management team needs to get their staff together because this is the ridiculous! I won’t be recommending this for a “quick bite” anymore.

This was my sixth visit here and my last visit here. I get the same thing every time hamburger fries and a drink. Four out of the six times they have put cheese on my hamburger when I specifically said no cheese. This time I sat in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes waiting for them to make a burger and fries and a drink. Got home and the fries were all in the bottom of the bag, they had spilled out. The burger had cheese on it although I asked for no cheese. Seems like a pretty easy job, to make burgers and fries for customers. I don’t know if it’s poor management or training or just kids today don’t give a crap. Freddy will not make it in Beavercreek if they don’t do a better job. Please someone do a better job. You lost Another customer today.
