I do not usually leave bad reviews but I can’t help but warn others about what they may experience if they go to this Frisch’s location in Beavercreek, Ohio, on Fairfield Rd.The wait to be seated was too long considering the number of empty tables. I know they were shorthanded and I understand the difficulties that creates. If you can’t get employees to give a good customer experience, then make other changes because you’re just driving others away because of how bad our experience is.Most of the reviews have captured my concerns as well. Went for breakfast and ordered the bar. Only about every third plate I picked up was clean. Why would you put dirty plates out for people to use? Others were complaining about the same thing and some spoke to the manager about it too.The food reminds me of what you get as a free breakfast at most hotels, except theirs is usually hot and fresh. This was not very warm and definitely not worth $12.99. Some was very cold and some had a bad taste. I didn’t eat much and the person I was with only had a few strips of bacon and some sausage because either the food wasn’t out or it was cold.When we ordered we were told we would have our drinks when we returned to our table from getting our food. Not only did we not have drinks but we also didn’t have any silverware so we waited and our food got cold (although wasn’t very hot to begin with). And the coffee I was served was lukewarm at best.The waitress never checked on us and didn’t even bring us our check even though we sat there for a while waiting. Finally we went up to the counter to pay and again had to wait at least 10 minutes. I went to the restroom while we waited and found that as bad as the rest of the restaurant. When your shoes stick to the restroom floor, there’s a problem. The toilets were filthy too.When we paid we weren’t asked about our dining experience which is typical of most places. I’m guessing he didn’t want to get another earful like he already had from other customers. It was a $33 lesson about where never to go for breakfast again.

We drove to beavercreek location because the moraine location shut down and My wife and son love miss Judy the waitres thats the only good part we all 3 got the breakfast bar food was cold no plates no food hardly we weren't the only customers upset no pancakes no French toast it was awful I only took my family to see miss Judy she's awsome if miss Judy didn't work there we would have left talked to the manager Josh that didn't do any good if your short staffed and can't keep up with the breakfast bar ok I understand then don't open the breakfast bar all he said is I'm sorry we're shirt staffed I'm so sick of places like that like it's normal for bad customer service this day and age I voice my opinion if I was a great experience I would say so I ask for a Manger 99 % of a time a restaurant to tell them what a great experience I had I'm sure they get enough of of those don't recommend this frisch's location to anyone the Manger name was JOSH

8:20 PM on a Saturday night, salad bar was already shut down - I guess everybody wanted to leave early. After taking our order the waitress says, "It should be out in about 15 minutes, but I don't know, depends on what they are doing back in the kitchen." There were only 2 other families in there, so it's not like they were busy, other than maybe trying to get the place to where they could all leave as soon as possible. Iced coffee was awful - mainly because we did not order iced coffee, we wanted a hot cup of coffee. Waitress reluctantly offered to remake a fresh pot.We declined since it was obvious that they didn't really want to. Thankfully, the food was out in about 15 minutes. Sandwiches were good as always, onion rings were burnt.It's sad when these old time favorite restaurants start losing their consistency.

The wait was terrible! Waited to be seated for 20 minutes then it was another half hour before we got our food then another 5 minutes for us to get our drinks. 10/10 recommendations taking your time and money else where.

Service was terrible. We sat down and no silverware was given to us. I received my salad , still no silverware. I had to ask for it two more times to get it. I ordered a big boy and fries. It showed up with onion rings. I’m told they would be replaced. I had to ask two more times to get them. To add insult to injury the next day I received a notice from my credit card company that I was double charged for the meal. This used to be a nice place to go to.

Felt like I was in a igloo.so cold.service was very slow.Prices to high.Took me forever to pay my bill.My experiences in Big Boy are very very sad.I practicly lived at Big Boy for the last. 50 yrs.I should of owned shares.I am very dissapointed in the service food prices.I keep coming back hoping things will change but it only gets worse.My son has given up on eating there and I am disapointed on saying I also have given up on eating there to.So many memories are now gone of being the old Frishes and a great place to eat.SAD.
