So many things wrong with this place.- Food is overly priced for what you are receiving.- Sushi was not properly prepared and would just fall apart.- Ramen was absolutely disgusting and taste like salted boiled water with noodles.- Poke bowl rice was hard and undercooked.- There were fruit flies all over their drink machines.- Tables were all nasty and nothing wiped down.- Employees constantly playing around and smacking each other with the bamboo rolls which is also nasty.-Cross contamination of food trays.I'm really surprised this place isn't shut down.Where is management?Save your money and order from a real Japanese sushi restaurant.

Got ramen to go. For $20 there wasnt even enough broth to cover even half the noodles and was still left hungry. They also sent chicken instead of pork. Won't be going back

I wish I could rate this higher, because the food itself was great. But I hesitate to call my sushi rolls, "rolls", because half of them were more S-shaped and falling apart. All I did was carry it back to work (I work in the mall so it's a short walk back) so they weren't jostled around much or anything.Anyway, it's the first time in awhile I've gotten it and I'm willing to edit this review later if the rolls end up actually being rolls. They tasted wonderful though, so there's that!(I'm half wondering if they were done that way as I didn't give much of a tip but I loathe the whole tip-for-everything-including-carryout-fast-food culture and am not tipping 20% for me to pick it up. If that's the case, I won't be going back no matter how good the food is).

I love getting the rice bowls with chicken and roasted salmon so yummy. Also get the seaweed rolls with salmon and chicken. I've been hooked since they opened.Vegetarian options: Can't remember if they have a vegetarian menu. They just updated their menu. Maybe online ordering they do. They do have a lot of veggies and some fruits. To make a vegetarian or sushi veggie roll.Dietary restrictions: They let you know how many calories are in each food dish. They have different fish items and chicken. Lots of veggies and fruits. Tons of sides to pick from.Parking: Usually in a shopping complex. This one is by the Fairfield mall. It's the big mall parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It's a very friendly atmosphere. Since this one is by the mall. You can take the food in the mall and eat at the food court. Let the kids run around in the play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. You can just roll right in. No steps or anything. It has a small door bumper. That is about it.

While the food was fine, the workers were sweet my issue was the prices. I mean come on $3 extra for rice to have a poke bowl basiclly at my normal poke place I could get tripple protein for the $15 bowl I paid for here. Won't be comming back because of pricing.

I live 45 minutes away, I was in town today running errands and decided to get sushi. I ordered online for pickup and ordered salmon with added tuna which costs an extra $3.50. I pick up my food and head home just to see I didn’t get the tuna and now I’m 45 minutes away, without the tuna I already paid extra for.

The salad bowl is smaller now but more expensive. So not worth the cost. The food is good but the amount is not acceptable for the amount of money. And, you can't order brown rice online.

This place was great in April of this year and has consistently gone down hill. The food is usually good but tonight it wasn’t very good. No wasabi or ginger with tonight’s order as well. Also there wasn’t any chopsticks included with order.

Honestly the first time I came here the service and food were excellent…. Not the case. Don’t know it’s the shift of workers or what but this just isn't it. Small portions, bad customer service and overall lack in food quality. I personally feel like they put more focus into LBGQT than the food that they are currently making for customers.

So I'm giving a review on their customer service. I bought some food, the lady forgot to give me my card back. I didn't realize it til 3days later. Found out that one of their employees to my card and used it on Only fanes. Ran up $350.00 I called the company. No calls back. Until I went to the police and they told me I could press charges. Then they want to call me. And then apologize. But nothing from this company til like I said the POLICE called. And say to me they still hope I use there company. Didn't offer a apology, a discount on a meal or a gift card. This company is only about money not their customer's. They even saw on there camera the manager putting my card in his pocket. It's a shame when they could make it right BUT NOTHING! pay cash people.
