Awesome ice cream and service!🍦🍨😋
Plenty of room for all customers, staff is polite. I would 10/10 recommend.
Just Great ice creams.
Best whipped cream ive ever had!
I ordered a double scoop cup which is their larger option. It came out about the size of a kid's ice cream portion at DQ or some other ice cream place. Two scoops should mean two scoops. When I asked about the kid's size portion, the workers said they weigh them for accuracy. It doesn't matter if the ice cream is good. One goes to Graeter's and pays extra for the experience. The cost is higher than comparable places but when the company gives small portions and says that they are weighed to make sure they don't give too much, it comes off as being cheap.
My niece and I got sorbet and it was very good. The staff was attentive and patient with my young niece, who was a little indecisive, despite a longer line behind us.
Genuinely the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Wish they were in Chicago. (I know they’re in northbrook and winetka, that’s not Chicago those are the burbs of Chicago/chicagoland area. We need one in the city).
Ice cream was amazing, staff was pretty rude.
Very nice family friendly place to get sorbet/icre cream. I recommend the 1850 Tower if your the hot fudge type with black raspberry chip and whipped cream type of person. Great place to take a late night 🌙 date or meet up with friends.
Staff were friendly and helped me choose the perfect flavor. Excellent ice cream!

I ate the peach ice cream it was amazing. But the service was exceptional. Both ladies that helped me and my wife were very welcoming and friendly and even let us try a sample. Did I mention the peach ice cream was amazing. Try it in a waffle cone
Small dips, huge prices. $6 for 1 small dip in a cup, $5.25 for 1 small dip on a cone. Crazy! Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip! Dairy Station in Xenia is far superior in quality and much cheaper.
My boyfriend and I came to this location as a treat for our 10 month anniversary. The store is clean and the ice cream is always great. The staff really is what makes this location shine though. After taking our ice creams out to our vehicle, we immediately dropped a large cookies and cream milkshake inside our car. We scrambled to clean it up with what we had, but had to run back inside for napkins. Not only did the staff provide us the napkins needed, but they also gave us a rag dipped in their sanitizer and re-made our milkshake for free 😭✨ Thank you to the kind staff for helping us get out of a rather...sticky situation.
Ice cream is good but nothing special made it worth $29 for 6 scoops and a small shake.
Shockingly overpriced, mediocre ice cream.
You can buy good ice cream (1.75 quarts) at any grocery store for five or six dollars. Much of it is better than this ice cream.
1.75 quarts and 1 pint and a small milkshake with a tip came out to $40.
I will never eat this ice cream again.
It is four times as expensive as most ice cream, which is better than Graeters.
What an absolute rip off.
