ice cream was delicious! however, i overheard some of the workers, specifically one with blue hair, talking about how i came in around 9:30pm. i think this is very disrespectful and unprofessional. could’ve at least waited until i left.
The ice cream here is all hand made you should try it

Their ice cream is legendary. As soon as somebody left someone came to clean their table. They also have things like chocolate soda and merch. 5/5 stars will be back.

The store is usually well kept. The staff is always pleasant and patient.
Our biggest complaint is the crappy little scoops they give while raising prices. It is literally at the point where buying a pint is cheaper than getting a scoop or two. Picture below is my "double dip" as you can see the chocolate chip is pitiful and not even remotely the same size.

Took my daughter tonight at her request, for their summer peach flavor. She’d just had it at King’s Island and told me it was a MUST TRY. She was right. Delicious! Our pups loved their ice cream cups as well! I really like that Graeter’s gives back to the community in so many ways as well. The manager at this location is fantastic and so nice. We will continue to be regulars!

Get the Black Raspberry Chip!!! Im visiting on business from Texas and everyone was saying go to Graeter’s for Ice Cream, so me and my boss decided to go. Was not disappointed. I’m normally a pretty generic ice cream guy choosing chocolate or butter pecan. I asked what the most popular and was told the Black Raspberry Chip. Let me tell you, I don’t care if you don’t think you’ll like it, trust me..you will!

I came in today June 25th after leaving the emergency room.I was very disappointed, me and my daughter got 2 cups with double scoops and were very disappointed.The amount we got in our cups was disappointing seriously.The scoops didn’t even reach the brim of the cup. I would of been better off going to the grocery store and getting a pint for what I got for you. I definitely won’t be back.
