Had the most odd experience tonight and don’t think I’ll ever be back. Ordered my bowl, the worker although was wearing gloves, put their hand INSIDE the beans to help scoop some out with the spoon. Not only did they do it with the beans but with EVERY item I asked for they used their hand to scoop and then spread in my bowl. When food fell onto the counter, they would pick it up off the counter and throw it IN MY BOWL! Needless to say, I won’t be back. I’ve never seen any place ever serve food like this.

Wanted to try a new hot head tonight, so glad I chose this location. The gentleman who made my burrito washed his hands for awhile before putting on new gloves. He took his time making sure I got full scoops and didn't make a mess. Took alot of care of making my food. Writing this while eating. Best tasting hothead ive been too!

I never thought I’d feel like writing a google review but this particular instance really annoyed me.

I asked for straight habanero and I was given some sweet sauce in place of what I requested. Those are two very different flavor profiles and to completely disregard a customer’s order was rather negligent and moronic on behalf of your employee. This would not have been a problem if the employee hadn’t said something beforehand. He asked if I wanted spicy chicken instead of the regular and I declined as the spicy sauce has a lot of sodium. I am fairly certain he said “makes sense” or “figures” under his breath after I had rejected the offer.

I’ll be going to chipotle permanently now lol this place actually hires lobotomites.

I was surprised at how little chicken I was given in my bowl. The food tastes good, but it’s really not worth the price without much protein. Especially if they charge an extra $4 for another small scoop of chicken…

Usually one of the best dining experiences. This location has a newer employee that has been struggling wrapping burritos. Yesterday I saw him take another persons burrito to the trash can and dump half the toppings in the trash and then wrap it by the trash can turning it into something smaller than the lil burrito. The customer saw it and said nothing, just had a look of disbelief and paid for her food and left. Just hoping this post makes it to the correct person.

This was not a good experience. I could count the pieces of cheese they put on the small bowl. The cashier was not very nice. She wore a gray visor and a black shirt. I sure didn’t mean to take her away from the back room.

Walked in 20 minutes before close on the way to work, the whole staff was very pleasant and food was even better!! Will be back!!

This place has changed 100% in the past month all new employees and its no longer a good restaurant. The portions are so small and they charged me an extra $1 for a half scoop of rice that's ridiculous, when I said something to the new employee about the charge of the rice he stared me down like he wanted to fight. I've been going to this location for a long time but will not give them my money anymore!

Me and my family went here for years and spent thousands of dollars on food. It was great up until recently the employees have been incredibly rude and have been holding back on portions.
