Delicious food. Having fun working our way through the menu.
Always great quality food and friendly staff!
Recommended dishes: Yellow Curry, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Pad Thai, House of Thai Fried Rice
First off the front door was locked when we got there and we had to call them to get them to open it, they had forgot to unlock it. The two platess we got were very weird. My wife's looked like a12 year old girls made it. The Pineapple/tangerine chicken looked like they had opened a can of pineapple and oranges and just poured it on top of pre bought chicken, it was not good at all. My cashew chicken wasn't very good either. My wife plate had a big crawling in it when we got it. We should have known the food movie dad based off of the condition of the building, it is in very poor repair.
Super disappointed with our trip

I started with a DoorDash order at first as I hate trying new places XD. I finally gathered the courage to go in person & honestly it was by far the best experience!!! I got the mango curry spicy level of 5 with pumpkin custard with some Thai tea. Overall everything was fantastic & affordable. The pumpkin custard left a lasting impression on me. The waiter I had was super friendly & nice plus encouraged me to come back:)

We frequently order for pick up. The food is typically ready fairly quick and itβs always delicious. Some of the best Thai food in my opinion. The ingredients seem fresh and everything is prepared well. The actual spice levels can vary. Sometimes a 3 is perfect but Iβve had some 3βs that felt like a 5, so if you are sensitive to spicy food it might be safe to stick with a 1 or 0. However, if you like spicy food, this place usually delivers on that. Overall, this is great Thai cuisine at a good price.

The flavor of the sauce was amazing! I've eaten a lot of Thai and this one's definitely up there in the top notch. The flavor of the sauce was delicious the vegetables were perfectly cooked as well.
Cute little restaurant it looks family run they were very caring and appreciative! I gave them a big tip because the service was great and the food was amazing. If I'm ever in the Dayton area again I will be back.
I read the reviews and they were right so I drove about 15 minutes past another one because the reviews were so good.
The server was very kind and sweet and you could tell she really cared.

Some really good and different Thai food on the menu. The rangoons and beef strips were delicious. Unfortunately my spicy heat tolerance is not high, and my yellow curry was quite hot. My daughter likes spice and her beef was hardly spicy at all. Delicious mango and sticky rice for dessert and fried ice cream.

This place has been a favorite for over 16 years! Great take-out!
This is a solid four star experience. The food is better than most Thai restaurants around. I'm just so tired of seeing the same four curry dishes and four noodle dishes everywhere. It'll be so great if we could get some diversity Thai food is such a vast variety of foods but we get the same 10 dishes everywhere

This place is awesome, took me and my girlfriend here for a nice lunch and it was fantastic. We are Thai food addicts and we have tried many places around us but this one is easily the best. Staff was super friendly and attentive and food was very good and homemade. We will be coming back!

The House Of Thai is labeled as the most authentic thai cuisine in Dayton. I am hoping to find out how true that is when I go to Thailand on vacation. I ordered fried chicken spring rolls and the pork rama stir fry which came with a plate of rice, broccoli and carrots, with a creamy peanut sauce. The heat level i orderee was a 2 from the waitress's recommendation but I could have been fine with a 3 heat level. Good thing they had some chili paste and crushed chili avaliable. I felt like the vegetables were a different temperature then the pork and sauce. They weren't that much different but it was noticeable. Besides that small detail the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The atmosphere was very chill and the music was low enough to think and have a conversation but still enjoy the soft melody. The bathrooms were very clean, maybe a broken tile or two, but it had a fresh coat if paint. You can tell they fixed it up and it's only getting better when times goes on. They probably poured their blood sweat and tears to get where they are at. The progress of improvement shows. I hope they keep up the good work and I hope to return in the near future.
