I had a problem with my sandwich .I ordered online and I’m very disappointed. The sandwich was soaked with mayonnaise and tasted so unpleasant I am very disappointed thinking Jersey Mikes might be better than Subway but it was not.the sandwich taste nasty and gross

Unfortunately, this location has provided very sloppy service. When ordering delivery, we have often received the wrong items or there have been missing items. When I called to tell the manager about the portion size of my salsa verde bowl and the poor presentation, there was no offer to refund or to make it right. Just a verbal apology. This location needs to improve its customer service and food prep.

My family and I have been loyal Mike’s Subs patrons of our local store at 3510 Pentagon Blvd. for the last 12 years and never had a problem until a recent order. Made my order online for a giant sub with extra meat and had it delivered. As soon as I opened the $30 sandwich I immediately knew I had been cheated; not only did I not get extra meat, parts of my sandwich was all bread and nothing else. I retained most of my $30 sandwich to bring it to the store so the manager could see what they are selling. I spoke with Tammy the next day and explained the situation and handed her the remains of the sandwich, and she immediately stated, “Well I’ll just throw it away”. I said hey it’s just a sandwich but it is obvious you don’t care about the quality, your customers, or the good Mike’s Subs name.

The problem is most likely too high of pay for their unskilled sandwich makers and to cut costs, we the customer get cheated with a more expensive smaller sandwich. Needless to say I am no longer a Mike’s Subs customer- going to DiBella’s from now on.

I had a problem with my sub, and did not like it as the sauce was to sweet! I ordered a steak sub. I was also very sick with a bad cold, and called three days later after I purchased my sub. I spoke to a worker at Jersey Mike who was rude, and condesending. The worker blammed me stating I waited three days to call instead of calling right away! When I told him I was sick, he laughed at me as if it were my fault being sick, and should have called earlier! He hung up on me!!! I will NEVER EVER ORDER ANY FOOD FROM JERSEY MIKES AGAIN!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Lady working there, got mad and yelled at me after I told her she was making my sandwich wrong. Saying it was my fault I didn’t say anything when I did. Then was mocking me to the other workers. I used to love coming here but never again.

This place will put in person orders before handing you your mobile order. I waited for atleast 10 people getting thier food before an employee would hand me my mobile order that was just sitting on the counter. Dont recommend mobile ording from here. If i wanted to wait in line whats the point of placing an order ahead.

I won’t be ordering online again, got the wrong sub! I tried calling but it just rang and I wasn’t driving back I live about 2 1/2 miles away! ? and who ever ordered this sub has no taste but I’m sure they loved mine! ?

1/25/2024Went inside to place a to go order at 8pm , only two of us we both got regular subs. The lady with pink hair who was slicing meats/cheese asked what we wanted to order, he told her then I told her. I tried to tell her I wanted different items on my sub & she cut me off and told me to tell them down there at the end ( even tho it was about the cheese ). Nothing said or asked about the bread types she just gave us whatever, then proceeded to the lady behind us and asked her what type she’d like. At the pay counter, we paid and told him we would like American instead of provolone on the Italian. He went down and told her, she walks over to the cooler from the counter, slams the lid up grabs the cheese, slams the lid back down & proceeded to give dirty looks the rest the time we waited. When they dressed the sandwich, there was no condiments out so I didn’t wanna ask for any at that point. I understand it was late (an hour before close on a Thursday night), but we were trying to be nice about it. Everyone else staff wise were nice, the lady with pink hair was not the friendliest. We love the food you guys serve, just the service was uncalled for..
