Have it Mike's Way! Once I had Jersey Mike's Subs made Mike's way, I can't go back to plain subs. My husband loves The Big Kahuna #56 Steak. I love their Turkey sub with plenty of meat and veggies, and of course, made Mike's way.

Was very dissatisfied with the way the cashier acted when I said I had gift cards, he acted like it was hassle to him. Meanwhile he’s scratching all over his nose while he’s checking people out and the flu and rsv are going around. The foods always good but the customer service was lacking highly tonight. We’ll just drive the five extra min to the Centerville location next time.

Hands down the best sub I’ve had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly made, and full of flavor. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. Jersey Mike’s never disappoints, but this one especially did it right.

The most painful process to order a cold cut sandwich. They ask you your order along with the 4 people behind you in line then they ask your order again because they forgot, always wrong even though you tell them what you want on spot. Extremely slow service for the amount of workers and not friendly at all.

Do not order ahead. My order was ready 18 minutes past the estimated time. As I waited, I saw dozens of people walk in, get in line, get their food, and leave.
I was severely disappointed. I came with my academic group in hopes of picking up our lunch after our beautiful college tour, and we had to wait nearly if not an hour for all of us students to get food, not including our chaperones. Our chaperones and advisors were treated very poorly, and they do not deserve that after such a long day; nobody deserves such poor customer service. I expected better, and I am very disheartened to say that my expectations—being only that we were served in a timely manner with politeness and care—were not met.
