I was severely disappointed. I came with my academic group in hopes of picking up our lunch after our beautiful college tour, and we had to wait nearly if not an hour for all of us students to get food, not including our chaperones. Our chaperones and advisors were treated very poorly, and they do not deserve that after such a long day; nobody deserves such poor customer service. I expected better, and I am very disheartened to say that my expectations—being only that we were served in a timely manner with politeness and care—were not met.

Went about a week ago with my wife and this guy with dreadlocks made the best chipotle cheesesteak I've ever had. And I go to other locations all the time, the woman at the register was cool and had a very good attitude I gave a tip because of her.

I was in town the other day visiting the Air Force museum and stopped in for a sandwich before I went to my hotel. The staff was super friendly in greeting me, taking my order, and while they made my sub. It stood out to me because where I live, you rarely find that in food service! My original Italian was delicious, as well. Thank you, Beavercreek team!

When we arrived everyone was looking at us like we didn't belong we were the only blacks in the store that were customers they didn't speak but spoke to everyone eles they were all fair skin and was nice to them /greeted them at the door the 1 worker gentlemen of color/heavyset was whispering after we came in looking and starring at us with a nasty look he made sure he didn't help on top of this being our first time trying J.M we told the lady and she was ok but she kinda rushed off and didn't really tell us what we can get or how they can do thing and than they were cooking my sandwich with some one eles but gave them there's before mines when me and my mother ordered before him I had to ask them why didn't I get my food and he got his when they could have told me they messes up my meat because the oregano top fell off and a spilled & pow oregano all on my meat and they didn't say nothing until I'm kept waiting and watch them give the person behind me there food and they didn't even try to compensate me for messing up my food they wouldn't have said anything if I didn't ask and than they all put on fake smiles after looking at us funny and teddy was staring and looking at us funny the whole time we were waiting and than was fake ok when I paid for our food they didn't even give me a apologies I would like corporate to reach out because we felt very uncomfortable but I couldn't just turn around because we got a Uber from xenia this was overall bad experience for our first time made us not want to come back to this specific location in beavercreek on 3510 pentagon blvd

Usually I have no issues with the food. The sandwich was good, but I did a delivery order I didn’t get the right chips or drink. Also the cookie was raw.
After finding out you fired an employee because he unexpectedly had to put his dog down and no one would cover his shift. I will not buy from you again. Do better.

I had a problem with my sandwich .I ordered online and I’m very disappointed. The sandwich was soaked with mayonnaise and tasted so unpleasant I am very disappointed thinking Jersey Mikes might be better than Subway but it was not.the sandwich taste nasty and gross

Unfortunately, this location has provided very sloppy service. When ordering delivery, we have often received the wrong items or there have been missing items. When I called to tell the manager about the portion size of my salsa verde bowl and the poor presentation, there was no offer to refund or to make it right. Just a verbal apology. This location needs to improve its customer service and food prep.
