I won’t be ordering online again, got the wrong sub! I tried calling but it just rang and I wasn’t driving back I live about 2 1/2 miles away! ? and who ever ordered this sub has no taste but I’m sure they loved mine! ?

1/25/2024Went inside to place a to go order at 8pm , only two of us we both got regular subs. The lady with pink hair who was slicing meats/cheese asked what we wanted to order, he told her then I told her. I tried to tell her I wanted different items on my sub & she cut me off and told me to tell them down there at the end ( even tho it was about the cheese ). Nothing said or asked about the bread types she just gave us whatever, then proceeded to the lady behind us and asked her what type she’d like. At the pay counter, we paid and told him we would like American instead of provolone on the Italian. He went down and told her, she walks over to the cooler from the counter, slams the lid up grabs the cheese, slams the lid back down & proceeded to give dirty looks the rest the time we waited. When they dressed the sandwich, there was no condiments out so I didn’t wanna ask for any at that point. I understand it was late (an hour before close on a Thursday night), but we were trying to be nice about it. Everyone else staff wise were nice, the lady with pink hair was not the friendliest. We love the food you guys serve, just the service was uncalled for..

Manager was rude and disrespectful couldn’t even order my food the way I wanted she had pink hair and was older.
Their sandwiches are delicious!!!And I had enough points to get a free sandwich!!! ? It's usually pretty busy, not too long of a wait, though.

TL;DR- this place makes Subway and other sub joints look like total zero’s. I’m hooked!I stopped in today for a #13 Italian, no tomato, add banana pep. The staff were bright and cheery, joking around with each other light heartedly, and greeted me right away. You could tell they enjoyed their job! All ingredients were fresh, no brown or wilted lettuce, and meat was sliced before my eyes. The bread was fresh and light, not overly chewy. I am hooked, Jersey Mikes is officially my need favorite sub. Thanks!

I went to this JM location several times while staying in Dayton. I can always count on JM to make good sandwiches and the staff are always friendly and quick. They also gave me a coupon for a free sandwich as I was in uniform and it was around veterans day, which I appreciated.

When I arrived, there were 5 customers in line and my order was promptly taken but my #17 was not ready after 35mins. I had noticed the to-go and online orders would be filled before mine. I waited an additional 15mins, saw that they had just put the meat on the grill and when I asked for a total refund, including drink. I was reminded that I had been drinking their soda while I waited. I asked to put the refund back on the card but the manager reached into the drawer and pulled out $17 and said $17 was a nickel more than what was charged for the Giant Philly Cheesesteak. No apologies, no interest in customer, just walked away and started cutting meats... I enjoy the food here, but I will never go back.

Respectfully, Everyone here is a stoned awkward 13 yr old boy. Walking in and getting awkwardly glared at by 7 little nerds touching on each other feels like when you're washing dishes and you accidentally touch a wet piece of food.
