My is the darker one vs my coworker's. Actually 2 of the 3 sandwiches was delivered to us like this. It hard and unable to eat it. Called to have it remade and was told all the could give me was a store credit. ?♀️

To start, they constantly cancel orders on DoorDash, so don’t even try that. I ordered directly from the store and it took 2 and a half hours to get my food. I tried to cancel the order but I got some kid with an attitude that refused to refund me. I like jimmy John’s but this location is trash.

Best Jimmy Johns in Dayton! By far my favorite place to get food. The workers are personable and welcoming. The sandwiches are always amazing and the atmosphere is great! You can't beat the feeling of going to a friends house for a bite to eat, can you? Margi is wonderful and always makes the visit a blast. Hayden, the delivery driver is always prompt, polite and never lets my food just sit on my doorstep. Highly recommended! Love you guys. <3

The drinks are ALWAYS without fail, dry, hot, and not carbonated at all. They were perfect at one point I went inside, I asked if the soda machine was replaced to find that the manager(s) mess with the settings on the machine and that’s why it’s so horrible. Please fix your drink machine

Continues to be one of the most undisciplined stores of JJ's in the Miami Valley. As of right now, they're 1/4 in orders when concerning additional requests, such as mayo/mustard packets, and cutting your sandwich in half.
I picked up my order, saw no packets in the bag, and once I got back to the office, the sandwich was not cut. Both of these stated on the order.

Freaky fast and delicious subs! I love going here for a quick and filling lunch. I recommend the bootlegger sub. It's a little small for dine-in but doable if it's a small group.
I order from this location frequently and I love them. The food is always good, the drivers are fast and so nice and any time they run out of something they call me with a solution immediately. Their pesto pasta is amazing!!!

I love this location…I have been to many Jimmy Johns between Dayton and Columbus, some more than others, and this is by far my favorite location. The store manager, Margie, is always so pleasant and her employees are just as nice! My coworkers and I visit this store multiple times per week, even though there is a location that is slightly closer.
