Misleading advertisement - freak fast is not a 45 minute delivery window when they are 3 minutes down the street. Do not recommend ordering from them if you are on a limited time frame for delivery. Ordered during a non peak time as well.

Disappointed that Josh was having to carry the weight of the store on his own. He was the only one there and was killing it by himself. He took great care of us and made some great sandwiches. Hopefully management commends him for his work and helps him as he was seemingly working open to close. People like Josh are the ones who make the world great.

Went into the store today, and was greeted by the new General manager this morning and the staff were really nice. Store is very clean. Hot subs were great

My is the darker one vs my coworker's. Actually 2 of the 3 sandwiches was delivered to us like this. It hard and unable to eat it. Called to have it remade and was told all the could give me was a store credit. ?♀️

To start, they constantly cancel orders on DoorDash, so don’t even try that. I ordered directly from the store and it took 2 and a half hours to get my food. I tried to cancel the order but I got some kid with an attitude that refused to refund me. I like jimmy John’s but this location is trash.

Best Jimmy Johns in Dayton! By far my favorite place to get food. The workers are personable and welcoming. The sandwiches are always amazing and the atmosphere is great! You can't beat the feeling of going to a friends house for a bite to eat, can you? Margi is wonderful and always makes the visit a blast. Hayden, the delivery driver is always prompt, polite and never lets my food just sit on my doorstep. Highly recommended! Love you guys. <3

The drinks are ALWAYS without fail, dry, hot, and not carbonated at all. They were perfect at one point I went inside, I asked if the soda machine was replaced to find that the manager(s) mess with the settings on the machine and that’s why it’s so horrible. Please fix your drink machine
