Freaky fast and delicious subs! I love going here for a quick and filling lunch. I recommend the bootlegger sub. It's a little small for dine-in but doable if it's a small group.

I love this location…I have been to many Jimmy Johns between Dayton and Columbus, some more than others, and this is by far my favorite location. The store manager, Margie, is always so pleasant and her employees are just as nice! My coworkers and I visit this store multiple times per week, even though there is a location that is slightly closer.

Continues to be one of the most undisciplined stores of JJ's in the Miami Valley. As of right now, they're 1/4 in orders when concerning additional requests, such as mayo/mustard packets, and cutting your sandwich in half.I picked up my order, saw no packets in the bag, and once I got back to the office, the sandwich was not cut. Both of these stated on the order.Not a glowing endorsement.

Margie was great! Even though the this location doesn't open until 10:30, she saw me trying to open the door at 10:00 and it was locked. She let me in and took my order no questions asked. She was friendly and accommodating even though it was a half hour before the place officially opened. Thanks Margie!! I'll definitely be back!!!

I dont know what the problem was but tonight September 24 wasn't a great experience for at this location. I told tje cashier what i wanted but tje Server didn't follow directions. On top of that i order a giant tuna sub, which i i got a half of scoop of tuna on each half which was spreaded out. If one scoop is needed fine but a half is disappointed when im paying $15 for a giant sub. Should had followed my first my mind and went to my other location which is only a minuten more from where i live. Not only that i stood there cause my order wasn't completed. Had to ask the cashier who served me for the rest of my order. I will not come back to this location. Poor service, and not attentive the customers. I don't like to cause a scene so I accepted the sandwhich. Don't go to this location. What of waste.. thumbs down!

The kid who worked Sunday at 1pm sucked.. I always would go here . Not anymore . Mayo everywhere . When asked for napkins he gave one .. tried charging me for a fountain water .. no people skills . Tossed sand which away so gross . Way too much mayo . All over wrapper … waste of a Sunday

I placed an order the day before for pickup in the evening at a specific time. When I went to pickup my order, they stated they had run out of bread. I could cancel my order or wait 50 minutes. I couldn't wait 50 minutes, so I was forced to come up with another option. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread?!?!

I ordered a couple of sandwiches last night, they never came. No call nothing. It was kinda late I didn't have anything to feed my kid. I understand stuff happens but by the time I realized no food was coming it was to late to order anything else. My kid ate a popsicle and a bag of popcorn for dinner. Thanks, never ordering from them again.

Don’t use the mobile order. They serve customers in store first then do mobile orders even when you tell them you are here to pick up. Waited in the store and watched this happen. Freaky slow!!!

Simple menu. Great sandwiches. Clean. Friendly. Bright. We eat here several times a month and have never had an issue. When they can, delivery is fast. Fresh ingredients.
