I don't understand why my drink and sauce are missing.

Mostly came for Long John Slivers, which you can't get in our area any more. It was as good as we remembered. The Shrimp was delicious and very big, don't forget extra crunchys.

The experience was completely unsatisfactory as half the order was missing. Missing was a large mashed potato, Cole slaw, and no sauces (0 of 8). A sticker on 2 bags said “Packed and double checked for accuracy by”. No name was provided. Pretty worthless statement when it wasn’t done. When I returned to the site, the manager said there was nothing he could do since the order was online even though it was personnel who made the error. He was of no help! Utterly poor performance. Did not offer any credit or voucher (wouldn’t accept it anyway). On a scale of 1 to 10, a solid 1!

We dined in on a late weeknight. Ordered fried chicken, biscuits and fries. Order was fulfilled quickly. Everything was fresh and hot, and biscuits were soft and buttery. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. Drink is self-service fountain.

Worst damn place to get food on the planet. Ordered our food through the app and it said 25-30 minutes. went to this store and waited another 40 minutes on top of the original 25-30 minutes. You can go to an expensive steakhouse and pay the same amount to eat and spend less than an hour waiting for your food. They need to shut this location down

This place is usually clean and they haven’t messed up my order ever, if you go through the drive thru and have ordered something that needs sauce, expect 1. I even asked for extra and you gotta have ranch for the fries and I even had multiple meals for my family. Dude wasn’t rude but he definitely is lacking that welcoming and nice characteristic.

This location does NOT accept promotional prices! So when you see any promotion online like "40% OFF ON 12PC. CHICKEN BUCKET" or "50% OFF CHICKEN SANDWICHES" they are not good here. Even when you have this location as your pick up location and click "add to bag" and the very slow KFC online system thinks about for a couple of minutes, it says, "promotion not applied"
The regular price for a 12 piece chicken is $29, which is over $2.40/piece which is ridiculous, but with 40% is $17.40 or $1.45/piece which is much more realistic.
I will NOT pay $2.40 for a pices of chicken so I will go elsewhere.
Slowest KFC in the universe. Sat in the drive through for almost an hour while they did I have no idea what inside. Like they were dropping chicken and waiting for it separately on every single order. And the way the drive through is set up, you are trapped. Can’t change your mind and just leave.
