I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, supposed to be the best steak on the menu. It came out cold. I sent it back and the entire steak tasted burnt. They did give me 25% off the steak but I won't be going back there any time soon.
It had been years since eating here at this location, The food wasn’t amazing, wile everything came out warm I wouldn’t call it hot and it felt like over priced hospital cafeteria food. The booths are worn out and while Im a little overweight I’m not obese I shouldn’t have bottomed out the booth seat. Our server was nice and most of our food was out in a timely manor the last time potatoes took so long 1,000,000 Irish died, might consider topping a pile of mashed potato...
We have always enjoyed going to Longhorns. Nice atmosphere, good food and service EXCEPT for our last visit. Our waiter was rude and argumentative. We said we needed a minute to decide on what we wanted to order and he didn't come back! After waiting for 20 mins I flagged someone to get our waiter, he came 5 minutes after that. We told him we were on a time limit and he blamed us!! It was not very busy and I watched him repeatedly wipe down the bar while we waited for him...
