Lacking customer service. Ordered on the app and showed up on time. Other customers coming in after and ordering were getting their food before mine was done. Should not take over half an hour to make this food. This was after lunch rush, they weren’t busy.

It was soo good but they added stuff I didn’t want on my wrap and then didn’t give me my pickle. Overall it was very good though!

Delicious food (albeit expensive), but the issue is customer service. Empty restaurant, plenty of staff, yet I waited almost 30 minutes for my food (people there longer than me were still waiting as well). Staff didn't seen to give a crap about any of it. Wouldn't be so mad if a sandwich, side, and drink wasn't $25!

Chicken tortilla soup has good flavor, but it's mostly cheesy broth with only a few TINY pieces of chicken and no tortilla strips! The Brookie was kind of dry and flavorless, as well.

Poorly managed, under staffed. Waited over 45 minutes for an order. Staff was busy being obnoxious and making excuses.

Food was damn good. Had the King Club and it was fantastic.

The place is spacious, plenty of seating inside and outside on their patio. They offer tables, booths and counter top seating... plenty of food options and everything came out looking and tasting great.

The food was good, as usual. But this deli is due for a good, old fashioned deep clean. Especially the ladies' bathroom. Just yuck.
