This McDonald's consistently struggles to process orders. If it is the drive thru, be prepared to have to pull into one of the three drive thru parking spaces where you will wait a long time for food. When the order is missing stuff, it will take a long time to get the rest of what you have ordered. If you wait to eat the fries when your order is right, the fries will be cold and soggy. I have struggled with this Mc Donald's for a long time. They struggle to manage their order system. I have never worked at Mc Donald's but I suspect they have turnaround time goals for processing orders. By making people pull into spaces, they process the order as complete but it is not actually complete. Today, I went in after it took over 20 minutes to try and get my order right. There was a group of upset customers having the same experience. One guy was concerned that his order was processed as complete but he hadn't received the food. Again, I think there is some type of system they are trying to cheat on to make it seem like they are processing orders faster. It would be good for a secret shopper from Mc Donald's corporate to come and check out how this facility is being managed. Quite shocking!

I gave my mobile order number and the people in the drive thru proceeded to tryand give me another cars order. They hadn't even entered my order when I gave it at the speaker. I had to pull forward so the could make my order. I had hungry children waiting.

This used to be the best McDonald's around and I would drive clear from a different city to go to this McDonald's. Now it is a catastrophe every single time I go here. Last night I went and my order got completely lost according to the girl behind the counter and then she asked me what my order was and 10 minutes later I still didn't have my food so I asked about my order and the same girl asked what my order was again and said that my order got lost and that because I walked outside they didn't know what my order was which made zero sense to me. Also good luck if you order online between say 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. because you are going to wait a minimum of 25 to 30 minutes for your food at the drive-thru window. It's crazy to me how this location went from being at the top of the top to me dreading going there if I am in that area because I have certainly stopped specifically going to this location.

McDonald’s is Okay. Person is Singing While working At The Pay Window. But Over All It’s Okay The People Are Nice Food Is Usually Fast. But The Last Few Times It Was Slow but Even Though It Is Slow I Guess It Is Good That They Are Taking There Time.

Hit the drive-thru about midnight on Friday night. Ordered two Big Macs. The car in front of me apparently ordered ~everything~ on the menu. Seriously. Like six bags of food. Meanwhile, my two Big Macs are up, sitting there GETTING COLD. In a REAL restaurant, you have an expo person (expedite) that looks at tickets and makes sure that shit like this doesn't happen. Seriously. Get a clue. Cold Big Macs suck.

Lately this restaurant can't seem to get it together. Order and pay on the app, get to the window and get sent to a parking spot to wait another 10 -15 minutes for the wrong food.
