It is rare for me to say that I actor dislike a certain McDonald’s. Sure some are better than others, but what exactly went wrong to make this possibly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to? The parking for dine in makes you cross the dual drive through to get in, the logical parking is blocked off for curbside pickup. I go in, and the floors are really slick. I had to walk carefully because my shoes had zero traction. I won’t take the idea that it is raining as an excuse, this is Ohio, not Death Valley. They can build planning for rain.I couldn’t get my drink cup until my food was ready, which was sort of annoying. But what really pushed my dislike of Ross McDonald’s was that as an elderly customer was walking past me, the crew trainer walked up behind her and said excuse me as she wanted to get by her. The customer was elderly and having a lot of difficulty with the slipperiness of the floor. I told the trainer that the customer was having difficulty with the floor and couldn’t move faster. The trainer rudely stated “I was just telling her because I was coming through” that’s the kind of idiot logic I’d expect out of a teenager on day one of their first job, not a trainer. Of this is who they think should be training people, there is a real problem. (Kiosk didn’t print a receipt, 4/11/24 just before noon)

This McDonald's was a little confusing couldn't find condiments, ice cream machine was down , had to use 2 different kiosk the one avaliable had a cracked screen so it wouldn't let me put in large drinks so I finished out my order and go to another kiosk

Obviously employees can't read a ticket. Ordered breakfast online for the family. They didn't send my entire meal and the iced caramel coffee with extra caramel had ZERO caramel or sweetener in it either. I've been cooking for 15 years and it just shocks me when mistakes like this are made. The job isn't hard.

I go through the drive through a lot and Most of the time this lady give me food ( I think her name is Anna I forgot already because I'm a dumb dumb if im wrong my apologies) but anyways EVERYTIME I SEE THIS WOMAN I KNOW THE REST OF MY DAY IS ABOUT TO BE GREAT BECAUSE SHE HYPES ME UP AND MAKES ME FEEL GREAT ABOUT MYSELF. This McDonald's COULD NOT RUN WITHOUT THIS WOMAN AND I LOVE HER SO MUCH. She calls me queen and compliments me anytime I see her and I hope she has the most amazing life :)

Shake machine never up and running 415 pm and they can't make shakes every time.
Rude. Always missing something. Last time was missing my 3 hash browns… called and no one cared…. He said. Oh okay. Hung up lol 3/2/23 around 8:10am. $6+ gone not to mention that they did not have apple pies ready. So he gave me strawberry. NO APPLE PIES ON a SATURDAY MORNING.Poor management.

My 10 year old son called this location to ask 3 questions for a school project. The person who answered the phone hung up as soon as he asked his first question then when we tried to call back our call was ignored. We called another food company. Give kids a chance don't just assume it's a prank call.

Workers were very polite and food was quick. There was a decent sized line, but they kept it moving faster than I expected. Food was hot and tasted delicious. One of the best McDonald's I've been to.
